Abstract
【解決手段】クランク軸4と出力軸11とに、互いに噛合する一対の楕円歯車12,13を軸着し、ピストン3が上死点にあるとき、クランク軸側楕円歯車12の短軸S1を、クランク軸4と出力軸11との軸心を結ぶ軸線に対し、60〜85[deg]の位相角θ2で遅角側に配列し、又燃料噴射弁15の噴射開始タイミングをATDC64〜84[deg]に設定する。ピストン3の下降速度は吸気行程後半で増速されるため、筒内に流入する吸気流速が速くなり、この吸気流速の増加に同期して噴射開始タイミングが設定されているため燃料の微粒化が促進される。

Claims (1)
- ピストンの上下運動により回転するクランク軸と該クランク軸に平行な出力軸とに、互いに噛合するクランク軸側非円形歯車と出力軸側非円形歯車とが設けられ、又前記出力軸にフライホイールが設けられ、更に吸気ポートに燃料噴射弁を備える内燃機関において、
前記ピストンが上死点にあるとき、前記クランク軸側非円形歯車の短軸側が、前記クランク軸の軸心と前記出力軸の軸心とを結ぶ軸線に対して、60〜85度の位相角で遅角側に配列されており、
前記燃料噴射弁の噴射開始タイミングが吸気上死点後64〜84度に設定されている
ことを特徴とする内燃機関。
