Abstract

[PROBLEMS] A small ship of about 3 meters is likely to be overturned to a critical point by inundation from the bow direction into the cabin. However, the conventional inundation prevention panel is mainly for large ships and is used for protecting luggage and superstructure on the deck, and because it is a large one-piece molding, it was difficult to use and install in small ships. . Provided is a bow inundation prevention device that ensures forward visibility and can be easily carried without hindering mooring at the bow.
A transparent prevention panel is mounted on a bow deck (a bow deck) of a small boat. The bow inundation prevention device A was quickly installed and sufficiently high in height, so that it was possible to effectively sway the waves left and right without hindering the forward view during navigation. In addition, the function of opening to the left and right and tilting back and forth does not hinder mooring at the bow. In addition, due to sufficient consideration for strength and safety, stable fixation is possible, and it is extremely effective in preventing fatal flooding and rollover.

Description

The present invention relates to a bow flood prevention device (water blocker).

Due to the amendment of the law in November 2003, if the total length is less than 3 meters and the outboard motor is less than 2 hp, no license or ship inspection is required. Therefore, an increasing number of people enjoy marine leisure with this type of boat. However, on the other hand, it is also true that the number of maritime accidents has been on the rise for the past two years because they leave the sea too easily and without knowledge. Therefore, following the “Fender Float”, which has a strong anti-overturning effect in the patent application, the present applicant has already announced the “Water Blocker (Avoid Wave)” of the bow.
The idea is to propose.

And, the reason and background that led to the development of this invention can be explained again as follows. The most common marine accidents are those caused by capsizing, but the most unexpected one is flooded from the bow due to a maneuvering error, etc. Therefore, it becomes unstable and eventually overturns. In order to avoid these problems, [1] When sailing in the direction in which the waves come, the veteran captain zigzags the bow at an angle of about 30 to 40 degrees with respect to the traveling direction. The reason for this is that, when trying to go straight at a shallower angle, the bow is automatically inserted into the valley between waves, and a large amount of water is inundated at once from the bow. Therefore, this causes the bow to sink forward, receive waves that hit one after another, eventually become submerged, and become a major factor of capsize. As another example, for example, if the angle is too much with respect to the traveling direction, it will approach the most fatal state on the ship maneuvering, “form to receive the transverse wave”, let's turn at the top of the wave to perform zigzag maneuvering In this case, rather than being hit by a wave and turning, the bow is swung on the contrary, it is likely that it will tend to be “a form that receives a transverse wave”. This is also a major factor in flooding and capsizing. [2] When sailing, it is important not to make the bow as heavy as possible. This is especially true for miniboats. In other words, if a person is riding around the bow, the ascending speed of the bow becomes extremely slow when the wave enters the wave from the bow. Therefore, it is my heart that I want to shift the position of the passenger to the rear as much as possible. However, in reality, so-called miniboats of about 3 m have limited space onboard and are often used mainly for fishing. In this situation, the load onboard the ship is also large enough for two people, so it is a reality that the center of gravity cannot be easily moved. And, for example, if only the rear part is made extremely heavy, if it goes down from the top of the wave and turns at the valley part, it usually leads to flooding from the stern corner part at a stretch, so there is no danger. Therefore, an appropriate weight distribution suitable for this type of hull form and speed is required. The two points described above are regarded as the minimum conditions or common sense on the ship maneuvering. However, in reality, these operations and common sense are difficult for beginners.

In view of the above situation, prior art documents relating to a waterproofing board or a bow inundation prevention apparatus related to the present invention are listed.

Document (1) is “Ship” of Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-30300, and the present invention is provided with a wave shield inclined in the navigation direction at the bow, and at the base end of the wave shield, and at the bow. In addition to providing a space on the front deck (bow deck) of this space, both ends of the flow direction of the space (left and right side) are water outlets. By draining to the outside of the ship, it is intended to block the water flowing on the deck and to lose the damage to the fixtures, superstructures and luggage on this deck.

Reference (2) is “Corrugated board” of No. 47-6612, and this device is bent in the navigation direction on the deck of the bow (slope curve slightly retracted to the ship side), and the upper edge of the ship surface. This structure is equipped with a corrugated plate (wave shield plate) equipped with, which catches water and prevents rebounding and uses this bend to guide it toward the left and right side. However, by draining it out of the ship from the left and right open parts of this wave shield, it is intended to lose the damage of the equipment on the deck and the damage of flooding to the rear after getting over this wave shield. To do.

The bow inundation prevention device A (prevention panel device) according to the present invention includes an attachment portion 10 provided on the bow deck 2a of the bow 2 of the ship 1 and a pair of support portions 20 provided on the attachment portion 10 (in the paired structure in the left and right side directions). , Will be described on one side), and a pair of insertion portions 40 (described on one side) that are inserted and supported by the respective support portions 20 and provided with the fasteners 30, and provided in each insertion portion 40, respectively. As seen from the side, it is constituted by a pair of prevention panels 60 provided on the upper surface of the bow deck 1a via two support arms 50 (described on one side) bent in a substantially U shape. Hereinafter, each component will be described in order.

: Description of the attachment part 10, the support part 20, and the insertion part 40 is based on FIGS. The mounting portion 10 includes, for example, a base portion 11 having a shape similar to the back surface structure of the folding structure portion 200 of the ship 1 (the base portion 11 is the strongest bending structure portion 200 (stern 3) of the bow deck 2a. Side folding structure portion 200) is attached to the lower side of the folding structure portion 200), for example, a shape approximating the back surface structure of the folding structure portion 200), is bent approximately 90 ° from the base portion 11, and the lower end portion. Is composed of a main body portion 12 bent inward (the bow 2 side) and a flat C-shaped bowl-shaped member 13 in a side view fixed to the main body portion 12. The mounting portion 10 is bolted to the strongest folding structure portion 200 of the bow deck 2a (as an example) so that the main body portion 12 is suspended just below the stern 3 side end of the bow deck 2a. (See FIG. 6). The member 13 of the mounting portion 10 is provided with long and short support rods 21 and 22 having a long and short structure constituting the support portion 20 (described on one side). The structure is such that the positions (in the axial direction toward the heel side) are different, and the insertion of the insertion portion 40 is facilitated and a fixed state is ensured. Further, the long and short support rods 21 and 22 are mounted on the lower end of the bow deck 2a on the stern 3 side (see FIG. 6). In this example, the long support rod 21 is on the front side and the short support rod 22 is on the back surface side, and the insertion portion 40 is first inserted into the long support rod 21 on the near side. Thus, the insertion portion 40 can be inserted and supported without a sense of incongruity. After that, by inserting the short support rod 22 by using the long support rod 21, the insertion operation is completed smoothly without being interrupted by the bow deck 2a with almost one touch. A flat portion 21a for stopping is provided on the lower surface side of the long support rod 21 on the stern 3 side. The positional relationship between the long and short support rods 21 and 22 (the positional relationship between the front side and the back side) is an example and is not limited.

The insertion portion 40 includes a pair of tubular bodies 41, 42, a flat C-shaped bowl-shaped member 43 that supports the pair of tubular bodies 41, 42 in a side view, and a drop-off preventing means on the member 43. The fastening tool 30 is screwed together.

: Description of the plug-in portion 40 and the pair of support arms 50 is based on FIGS. The support arm 50 is composed of two arm rods 51 and 52 which are provided with a base end in the insertion portion 40 and bent in a substantially U shape in a side view, from the base end side to the free end side. On the other hand, by forming a wide interval, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, a structure that can be easily grasped by a person or a structure that can nurture elasticity can be obtained. Specifically, one arm rod 51 on the ship core side has its attachment portion 10 side (base end side) vertically erected on the insertion portion 40 and extends straight as it is, and its prevention panel 60 The structure extends to the side (free end side) (from the mounting portion 10 side to the central portion 51a and the prevention panel 60 side is linear). Then, the other arm rod 52 on the flange side has its attachment portion 10 side (base end side) standing vertically to the insertion portion 40 (provided substantially parallel to one arm rod 51), and then the other The arm rod 52 is expanded toward the rod side, and the distance between the free end sides of the one and the other arm rods 51 and 52 is wider than the distance between the base end sides of the one and the other arm rods 51 and 52. To do.

And the panel support plate 53 is provided in the free end side of these two arm rods 51 and 52, and this panel support plate 53 exhibits the substantially mountain shape shown in FIG. In principle, the panel support plate 53 is a component of the support arm 50. In addition, the prevention panel 60 is intended to be securely and firmly supported.

: The description of the prevention panel 60 is based on FIGS. In order to navigate safely, this prevention panel 60 should be a transparent panel that does not obstruct the front view, or adopting polycarbonate instead of acrylic when considering the strength to receive waves, Basically, it should have an atmosphere with a good appearance. Further, it is desirable to cover the periphery with a vinyl mall 61 for the purpose of safety, aesthetics, and avoiding damage and injury.

: Description of the characteristic which made the prevention panel 60 the division | segmentation form is based on FIGS. 9-1 to FIGS. 9-2. As shown in the figure, in the prevention panel 60 in the divided form, the pipe body is formed by unscrewing one of the pair of fasteners 30 (which will be described with one of the fasteners 30 and the like, but the movement is in the reverse direction). 41 and the long support rod 21 are released from tightening, and the tube body 41 and the tube body 42 (insertion portion 40) are moved to the heel side, whereby the prevention panel 60 moves (slides) from the ship core. By this movement, a gap 70 is formed between the pair of prevention panels 60. Then, since the rope 71 can be installed through the gap 70, for example, when used in an anchor raising device (not shown), the rope 71 can be pulled from the anchor lifting anchor roller 72 to the rear passenger. So it is effective.

In order to attach the bow inundation prevention device A to the ship 1, for example, the arm rods 51 and 52 provided on one of the prevention panels 60 (referred to as the prevention panel 60) are gripped (see FIG. 7). The tubular body 41 is inserted into the side of the support rod 21 and moved toward the center of the long support rod 21. After this movement, the other tubular body 42 is inserted into the short support rod 22 so that the inclination angle of the prevention panel 60 is ensured and the preparation for installation to be inclined to the stern 3 is completed. Therefore, when the tubes 41 and 42 are stopped further by moving in the center of the ship and using, for example, a stopping means (not shown), the screw rod 31 of the fastener 30 is just the long support rod 21. It is a state located in the flat part 21a (refer FIG. 5). Subsequently, by screwing the fastener 30, the insertion portion 40 is fixed to the long and short support rods 21 and 22 (support portion 20), and the inclination angle of the prevention panel 60 is ensured as described above. The prevention panel 60 is mounted on the bow deck 2a. Further, the attachment of the other prevention panel 60 (referred to as prevention panel 60) is the same as in the above-described example.

As shown in FIG. 3, when one of the prevention panels 60 is tilted toward the seat side (stern 3 side) for easy accommodation, the fastener 30 is unscrewed and the tip of the screw rod 31 is a flat portion. By being spaced apart from 21a, the tightening of the long support rod 21 and the tube body 41 is released. When releasing the tightening, the screw 32 can be easily unscrewed (raised) by the force of the spring 32 mounted on the screw rod 31, and the unscrewing position of the fastener 30 can be secured. Since the tightening of the long support rod 21 and the tube body 41 is released by this unwinding, the insertion portion 40 is moved to the flange side, and the tube body 42 is separated from the short support rod 22 (the insertion portion 40). Therefore, the insertion portion 40 is rotated to the stern 3 side with the long support rod 21 as a support shaft. With this operation, the state shown in FIG. 3 is obtained, and if necessary, the fastener 30 can be screwed in and temporarily fixed. The same applies to the other prevention panel 60.
