Abstract
【解決手段】表面硬度向上剤は、芳香族(メタ)アクリレート単位(a1)5〜80質量%及びメチルメタクリレート単位(a2)20〜95質量%を含有し、質量平均分子量が5,000〜30,000である重合体(A)を含有する。また、熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、上記表面硬度向上剤5〜60質量%及びポリカーボネート系樹脂40〜95質量%を含有する。また、成形体は、上記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を成形して得られる。

Description
また、機能を阻害しない範囲において、必要に応じて他の樹脂、添加剤等を含有してもよい。
重合体をテトラヒドロフラン(THF)に溶解し、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーを用いて測定を行った。なお、本発明におけるMw、Mn、Mw/Mnは、標準ポリスチレンによる検量線を基に算出した。

流速 :0.35ml/分

サンプル注入量:10μl

[ロックウェル硬度]
厚さ3mmの平板試験片を作製し、試験片を2枚重ねて、JIS K7202−2に準じてMスケールで測定を行った。
厚さ3mmの平板試験片を作製し、試験片表面にすり傷が観察されない鉛筆硬度をJIS K5600−5−4に準じて測定を行った。
厚さ6.4mmの試験片に切り欠き(ノッチ)を付け、ノッチ付きアイゾッド衝撃試験片を作製し、ASTM D256に準拠してアイゾット衝撃試験を行った。
ヘーズメーターHR−100(村上色彩技術研究所(株)製)を用い、厚さ3mmの平板試験片についてJIS K7105に準じてヘーズの測定を行った。
[実施例1]表面硬度向上剤(1)の製造
温度計、窒素導入管、還流冷却管、及び攪拌装置を備えた加温可能な反応容器中に下記成分を仕込み、反応容器内を窒素で置換し、80℃に昇温した。
分散剤 0.3部
硫酸ナトリウム 0.5部
2,2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル 0.3部
フェニルメタクリレート 33部
メチルメタクリレート 66部
メチルアクリレート 1部
n−オクチルメルカプタン 2.5部
4時間攪拌を続け、得られたビーズ状の重合体を水洗、乾燥し、重合体(A−1)を得た。得られた重合体(A−1)のMw、Mn、Mw/Mnを表1に示す。この重合体(A−1)を表面硬度向上剤(1)とした。
実施例2〜3及び比較例1〜5について、表1に示す組成に変更した他は、実施例1と同様に製造した。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜5により得られた表面硬度向上剤とポリカーボネート系樹脂としてユーピロンS−2000F(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(株)製、粘度平均分子量:24,000)とを、表2に示す組成で混合し、二軸押出機(機種名「PCM−30」、池貝製作所(株)製)に供給し、280℃で溶融混練し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。このペレットを射出成形機(機種名「SE−100DU」、住友重機工業(株)製)に供給し、射出温度280℃、金型温度90℃の射出成形により、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の成形体を得た。

- 芳香族(メタ)アクリレート単位(a1)5〜80質量%及びメチルメタクリレート単位(a2)20〜95質量%を含有し、質量平均分子量が5,000〜30,000である重合体(A)を含有する表面硬度向上剤。
- 請求項1に記載の表面硬度向上剤5〜60質量%及びポリカーボネート系樹脂40〜95質量%を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を成形して得られる成形体。
