Abstract
【解決手段】(A)歪み硬化性を示し、かつメルトテンションが2cN以上であるポリプロピレン系樹脂、(B)重量平均分子量(Mw)が700以上であり、分子内に2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格を有し、2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格の窒素原子に、水素原子、炭素原子数1以上30以下のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アルコキシ基、ヒドロキシアルコキシ基から選ばれる1以上が結合した構造を有する耐候剤、(C)発泡剤、を含んでなる射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物。

Description
(A)歪み硬化性を示し、かつメルトテンションが2cN以上であるポリプロピレン系樹脂、(B)重量平均分子量(Mw)が700以上であり、分子内に2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格を有し、2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格の窒素原子に、水素原子、炭素原子数1以上30以下のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アルコキシ基、ヒドロキシアルコキシ基から選ばれる1以上が結合した構造を有する耐候剤、
(C)発泡剤
(1)前記(A)ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、歪硬化性を示し、メルトテンションが2cN以上、かつ、メルトフローレートが10g/10分以上50g/10分未満である改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−1)である、
(2)前記(A)ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、歪硬化性を示し、メルトテンションが5cN以上、かつ、メルトフローレートが0.1g/10分以上10g/10分未満である改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−2)、メルトフローレートが10g/10分以上100g/10分以下、メルトテンションが2cN未満である線状ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−3)を含んでなる、
(3)前記改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−1)、あるいは(A−2)が、線状ポリプロピレン樹脂、共役ジエン化合物、ラジカル重合開始剤を溶融混合して得られたものである、
(4)前記射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物が、さらに紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上を含んでなる、
前記記載の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物に関する。
本発明の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物は、(A)歪み硬化性を示し、かつメルトテンションが2cN以上であるポリプロピレン系樹脂、(B)重量平均分子量(Mw)が700以上であり、分子内に2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格を分子内に有し、2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格の窒素原子に、水素原子、炭素原子数1以上30以下のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アルコキシ基、ヒドロキシアルコキシ基から選ばれる1以上が結合した構造を有する耐候剤、および(C)発泡剤を含んでなる。
また、耐候剤(B)は、単独で用いても良く、2種以上を併用しても良い。また一般的に使用される他の耐候剤を併用してもよい。

A−1:線状ポリプロピレン系樹脂としてメルトフローレート50g/10分のポリプロピレン・ホモポリマー100重量部と、ラジカル重合開始剤としてt−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピルカーボネート0.3重量部の混合物を、ホッパーから50kg/時で45mmφ二軸押出機(L/D=40)に供給してシリンダ温度200℃で溶融混練し、途中に設けた圧入部よりイソプレンモノマーを定量ポンプを用いて0.5kg/時の速度で供給し、ストランドを水冷、細断することにより得た改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(メルトフローレート20g/10分、メルトテンション7cN、歪硬化性を示す)
A−2:線状ポリプロピレン系樹脂としてメルトフローレート50g/10分のポリプロピレン・ホモポリマー100重量部と、ラジカル重合開始剤としてt−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピルカーボネート0.7重量部の混合物、イソプレンモノマーの供給量を0.5kg/時とした以外は、MP−1と同様にして得た改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(MFR7g/10分、メルトテンション12cN、歪硬化性を示す)
A−3:線状ポリプロピレン系樹脂、プロピレン−エチレンブロックコポリマー、MFR45g/10分、メルトテンション1cN以下
B−1:ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤システム(チバジャパン製、TINUVIN XT855FF)
B−2:ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤マスターバッチ(ADEKA製、アデカスタブLA502XP、50%PPマスターバッチ)
B’−3:フェノール系酸化防止剤(チバジャパン製、IRGANOX1010)
B’−4:リン系酸化防止剤(チバジャパン製、IRGAFOS168)
化学発泡剤マスターバッチ(永和化成製ポリスレンEE275F、分解ガス量40ml/g)
射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物を表1に示す組成比で混合し、ドライブレンドした。耐候剤の使用については、成形時の溶融樹脂中での分散性を考慮し、耐候剤(B−1)、(B’−3)、(B’−4)については予め50%に希釈したマスターバッチを作製し、本検討に使用した。
実施例の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物から発泡剤を除いたポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物を射出充填し、60秒間冷却した後に非発泡成形体を取り出した。このとき、初期の金型底面部のクリアランスを変えることにより、底面部の肉厚の異なる成形体が得られた。
改質ポリプロピレン樹脂を使用せず、線状ポリプロピレン樹脂としてA−3のみを使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にして実施した。射出発泡成形体内部にボイドが多数発生し、射出発泡成形が困難であった。
耐候剤を使用しなかった以外は、実施例4と同様にして実施した。結果を表2に示す。成形体の表面観察にてクラック等不良が認められ、実施例と比較して、耐候安定性が劣る。
耐候剤として、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤以外の耐候剤のみを使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にして実施した。結果を表2に示す。成形体の表面観察にてクラック等不良が認められ、実施例と比較して、耐光安定性が劣る。
Claims (6)
- 下記の(A)〜(C)を含んでなる射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
(A)歪み硬化性を示し、かつメルトテンションが2cN以上であるポリプロピレン系樹脂、(B)重量平均分子量(Mw)が700以上であり、分子内に2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格を有し、2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン骨格の窒素原子に、水素原子、炭素原子数1以上30以下のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アルコキシ基、ヒドロキシアルコキシ基から選ばれる1以上が結合した構造を有する耐候剤、
(C)発泡剤 - 前記(A)ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、歪硬化性を示し、メルトテンションが2cN以上、かつ、メルトフローレートが10g/10分以上50g/10分未満である改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−1)である請求項1記載の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A)ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、歪硬化性を示し、メルトテンションが5cN以上、かつ、メルトフローレートが0.1g/10分以上10g/10分未満である改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−2)、メルトフローレートが10g/10分以上100g/10分以下、メルトテンションが2cN未満である線状ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−3)を含んでなる請求項1記載の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
- 前記改質ポリプロピレン樹脂(A−1)、あるいは(A−2)が、線状ポリプロピレン樹脂、共役ジエン化合物、ラジカル重合開始剤を溶融混合して得られたものである請求項2または3に記載の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
- 前記射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物が、さらに紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上を含んでなる請求項1〜4何れか一項に記載の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜5何れか一項に記載の射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物からなる射出発泡成形体。
