Abstract
【解決手段】加熱室11に収納された被加熱物を加熱するマグネトロン12と、マグネトロン12を冷却する送風機13と、マグネトロン12の冷却フィン19に接触して配置しマグネトロン12の温度を検出する温度検出手段17と、温度検出手段17から出力される温度情報をもとに高周波加熱手段12の出力などを制御する制御手段とを備え、制御手段は調理開始前の温度情報をもとにマグネトロン12の出力制御または異常検知制御を行う構成とすることにより、マグネトロン12の異常発熱した温度が、アノード18から冷却フィン19を通じて温度検出手段17に伝わり、温度の伝達ロスを減少させ効率よく熱を伝えることができるとともに、調理開始前の温度情報をもとに異常検知制御を行うことで、繰り返し加熱による誤検知を防ぐことができる。

Claims (3)
- 被加熱物を収納する加熱室と、前記加熱室に収納された被加熱物を加熱するマグネトロンと、前記マグネトロンを冷却する送風機と、前記マグネトロンの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、前記温度検出手段から出力される温度情報をもとに前記マグネトロンの出力などを制御する制御手段とを備え、前記温度検出手段はマグネトロンの冷却フィンに接触して配置する構成で、前記制御手段は調理開始前の温度情報をもとにマグネトロンの出力制御または異常検知制御を行うことを特徴とした高周波加熱装置。
- 温度検出手段が、マグネトロンの冷却風を送風する送風機とは反対側のマグネトロンアノードの風下側に配設される請求項1に記載の高周波加熱装置。
- 制御手段が、所定の時間での温度上昇値をもとに異常検知を行う請求項1または2に記載の高周波加熱装置。
