Abstract

Claims (15)
- セルフタッピンの骨ねじ(100,400,500,600)であって、前方の先端部(104)ねじ、切断領域(106)、中間領域(108)、および後方のヘッド領域(110)を有するねじ軸部(102)を備え、ねじ山が、前記ねじ軸部のねじ付き部分(112)内で、少なくとも前記切断領域および前記中間領域の相互に隣接する部分を含む遷移領域(114)にねじわたり延在し、前記ねじ軸部の外径および谷径を、前記ねじ付き領域ねじおよび前記遷移領域(114)におけるねじ山によって画定する、該骨ねじにおいて、
・前記切断領域における前記ねじ軸部の谷径を、前記中間領域における前記ねじ軸部の谷径よりも大きくし、また
・前記ねじ軸部の外径を一定にした
ことを特徴とする、骨ねじ。 - 請求項1に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記切断領域(106)から前記中間領域(108)への前記遷移領域での谷径に段差を付けたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記切断領域(106)における谷が凸形状としたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記中間領域(108)における谷径を一定としたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記中間領域(108)の外径を一定としたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記切断領域(106)および前記中間領域(108)にわたり、ねじ山を連続的に延在させたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記切断領域のねじ山を、台形ねじ(322)として設計したことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、ねじ山は一定のねじピッチを有することを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、ねじ山は前記先端部(104)で消失することを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記先端部(104)を心立て先端として設計したことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、さらに、切削した材料を除去するために、少なくとも前記先端部(104)および前記切断領域(106)にわたり延在する、少なくとも1個の溝を備えたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記ヘッド領域(110,608)はねじ山を有するものとしたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじにおいて、前記ヘッド領域(110,610)の外径を、前記中間領域(108,604)の外径よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする骨ねじ。
- 請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の骨ねじを、インプラント用の圧縮ねじまたはロックねじとして使用する骨ねじ。
- セルフタッピンの骨ねじ(100,400,500,600)であって、前記骨ねじは、前方の先端部(104)、切断領域(106)、中間領域(108)、および後方のヘッド領域(110)を有するねじ軸部(102)を備え、ねじ山が、前記ねじ軸部のねじ付き部分内で、少なくとも前記切断領域および前記中間領域の相互に隣接する部分を含む遷移領域(114)にねじわたり延在し、前記ねじ軸部の外径および谷径を、前記ねじ付き領域および前記遷移領域(114)におけるねじ山によって画定するものとした、該骨ねじを製造する方法であって、
前記切断領域(106)において前記中間領域(108)よりも浅くねじ歯を切削するように、前記ねじ付き部分にねじ山を形成するために、フライス工具をガイドするステップを有し、前記遷移領域内では、
・前記切断領域の前記ねじ軸部の谷径が、前記中間領域の前記ねじ軸部の谷径よりも大きくなり、また
・ねじ軸部の外径が一定になるよう
案内するステップを有することを特徴とする、骨ねじの製造方法。
