ほぼ半裁状に形成した一方の複数の綴環を有する固定基板と、固定基板の綴環に係合し得るほぼ半裁状に形成された他方の複数の綴環を有しこの固定基板に回動かつその長手方向に移動可能に枢着した可動基板を備え、この可動基板の端部に偏心カム機構を有する作動部材を回転可能に設け、上記綴環の係合部が離脱した状態のときに作動部材を起立方向に回動し可動基板を回動させることによって綴環を開き、作動部材が起立前の状態のときにこの作動部材を回転し上記偏心カム機構の作用より可動基板を長手方向に移動させることによって綴環を閉じるようにしたことを特徴とするバインダー綴具。   The fixed substrate having one of the plurality of binding rings formed in a substantially half-cut shape and the other plurality of binding rings formed in a substantially half-cut shape that can be engaged with the binding ring of the fixed substrate.
