Abstract
【解決手段】車輪5と共に回転するディスク6と、ディスク6に当接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子7と、空気圧の変化によって変形し、制輪子7にディスク6への押圧力を印加するダイヤフラム75と、制輪子7に対して垂直に、かつ並列に複数設けられ、ダイヤフラム75の押圧力を制輪子に伝達するピストン55と、を備え、ピストン55は、前記ダイヤフラム75の中央部と比して周縁部の方が、隣接するピストン55の中心間距離が小さくされることで、ダイヤフラム75の押圧面積を大きくすることができ、押圧効率が向上する。

Claims (3)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクと、
前記ディスクに当接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子と、
空気圧の変化によって変形し、前記制輪子に前記ディスクへの押圧力を印加するダイヤフラムと、
前記制輪子に対して垂直に、かつ並列に複数設けられ、前記ダイヤフラムの押圧力を前記制輪子に伝達する複数のピストンからなるピストンユニットと、
を備え、
前記ピストンユニットは、前記ダイヤフラムの中央部と比して周縁部の方が、隣接するピストンの中心間距離が小さくされることを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンユニットの前記ダイヤフラムの周縁部に配置される前記複数のピストンは、前記ピストンに加えて径の小さな小径ピストンを更に備え、
隣接するピストンの中心間距離が小さくされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンユニットは、前記ダイヤフラムの中央部のピストンと比して周縁部の方がピストンの径を小さくすることで、隣接するピストンの中心間距離が小さくされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
