Description

The present invention is a body structure in a van type truck such as a dry van, a cold insulation van, or a freezing van, and can be easily constructed by assembling a panel member from the outside, and further a rear skeleton of the rear wall is assembled and constructed. It relates to a van type body of a truck that can be made possible.

A truck van type vehicle 51 such as a dry van, a cold insulation van, or a freezing van has a box type van type body 55 mounted on a chassis frame 53 at the rear of the cab 52 as shown in a schematic side view of FIG. is doing. The van-shaped body 55 is formed of a frame member 56, for example, and an outer plate 57 such as an aluminum plate is attached on the frame member 56 with a rivet or the like. It is constructed by sticking with rivets.

In such a structure of the van body 55, the outer plate 57 is attached from the outside, the inner plate is attached from the inside, and the installation of the top portion 59 is required from both inside and outside. Was troublesome. Further, since the outer plate 57 is attached with rivets or the like, the aesthetic appearance of the outer surface is impaired.

FIG. 7 is a plan view of a joint portion where the side wall portion 61 and the rear frame portion 63 of the conventional van-type body 55 are joined. As shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of pillar members 65 are erected on the side wall portion 61 at a predetermined interval. Of these, the pillar member 65 located on the rear side and the rear frame portion 63 abut, The nut 68 is fastened inside the van type body 55. Then, an aluminum plate that is the outer plate 57 of the side wall portion 61 is attached from the outside, and an inner plate 58 that is a veneer material is attached to the inside of the side wall portion 61 and the rear frame portion 63 by a rivet 69 from the inside. The double door 70 is attached to the rear frame portion 63 via a trillion (not shown). By such a procedure, the side wall part 61 and the rear part 71 are constructed, and the work inside and outside is required, which requires complicated work.

FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view of a joint portion where the floor portion 75 of the conventional van-type body 55 and the base frame portion 76 of the rear portion 71 are joined. As shown in FIG. 8, in the joining procedure of this joining portion, the base frame portion 76 is joined onto the lateral joist 77 via a mounting member 78 with bolts and nuts. The base frame portion 76 has a stepped portion 79 toward the lower side of the interior of the van-shaped body 55, and a veneer floor panel member 80 forming a floor portion 75 is fixed to the stepped portion 79 with a rivet. The floor portion 75 and the base frame portion 76 of the rear portion 71 are joined. As described above, the floor portion 75 is loaded and fixed after the foundation frame portion 76 is attached, and the work becomes complicated. Furthermore, it is not efficient to carry in and join the frame formed by the rear frame portion 63, the base frame portion 76 and the top frame portion (not shown) as they are.

As described above, the construction of the conventional van-type body 55 is complicated because it requires external and internal mounting operations.

In order to solve such a problem, various techniques for constructing a van body using a panel member in which an outer plate and an inner plate are attached in advance have been proposed and disclosed (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
JP 2001-233255 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-11479

According to the panel structure described in Patent Document 1 above, the outer surface of the foam panel, which is lightened by providing a hollow portion, is stretched with a metal plate and the inner surface is stretched with a plywood, ensuring high rigidity that is not inferior to conventional ones. Panels can be provided that can be used for a finished van body.

Further, according to the panel structure described in Patent Document 2, since the plurality of panels are configured to be fitted to each other, the construction of the truck's van body can be performed more easily than before.

However, in both panel structures, it is necessary to tighten and fix the panel from the outside and the inside for the construction of the truck van body, and the carrying-in and construction of the rear part are still complicated procedures.

The present invention provides a truck van type body that can be assembled and constructed with a rear skeleton, which is the framework of the rear part, in order to further simplify the construction of a van type body using a panel member and improve workability. It is the purpose.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes a van body of a truck that is formed into a box shape by assembling panel members, and the rear skeleton of the rear wall panel member that forms the rear wall portion. The rear base frame part, comprising a pair of left and right rear pillar frame parts, and a rear top frame part, and the rear base frame part fixed to the chassis frame or the joist attached to the chassis frame, A truck van type body characterized in that a lower frame of the rear column frame is mounted, and then the rear ceiling frame is mounted on the upper end of the rear column frame to form a skeleton of the rear wall. It is.

As the van-shaped body is formed by assembling the panel members as a ceiling, floor, and wall, the labor of pasting the inner plate and the outer plate can be saved, and the skeleton of the rear wall that is the rear part is used as the rear base frame. In addition, since it can be assembled with a pair of left and right rear pillar frame portions and a rear top frame portion, it is easier to transport, carry in, paint, etc. than the one with the rear wall portion integrated, and the cost is reduced. In addition, partial replacement is possible even in the case of partial breakage, and repair and the like are facilitated.

The rear column frame part is joined to a side wall panel member forming the side wall part by an external work using a joining member. This is because work efficiency can be improved if it can be done by external joining work.

And if the decorative member which shields the said joining member from the exterior is latched by the said rear pillar frame part, it can prevent impairing an external appearance.

Furthermore, since the rear ceiling frame part is joined to the top panel member forming the ceiling part using the joining member, the working efficiency is improved.

The rear skeleton is assembled with a rear base frame, a pair of left and right rear pillar frames, and a rear top frame, and then attached to each panel member of the van type body, or is fixed to the chassis frame or joist. A rear wall portion is formed by mounting a pair of left and right rear pillar frames joined to the side wall panel member and a rear top frame portion joined to the top panel member to the rear base frame portion thus formed. You can also.

According to the van type body of the truck of the present invention, the van type body can be provided by assembling the panel members, and the frame of the rear part can be assembled and constructed, so that the work efficiency is improved.

Also, the front wall panel member 17 and the left and right side wall panel members 19 (19a, 19b), the left and right side wall panel members 19 (19a, 19b), the rear wall panel member 18, the wall panel members 15 and the ceiling. The part panel member 12 is joined and assembled by joining work from the outside in order to improve work efficiency. Joining is performed by using a pulling rivet that can be operated on one side, or by bolting to a nut that has been welded in advance. The drawing rivet is enlarged on the inside by a drawing action to the outside, and can be joined.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3, the joining structure of the wall part panel member 19a and the rear wall part panel member 18 (rear pillar frame part 31) is demonstrated. In addition, since the joining structure of the wall part panel member 19b and the rear wall part panel member 18 (rear column frame part 31b) is also the same as that of FIG. 3, description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, the rear end column member 21a of the side wall panel member 19a and the rear column frame portion 31a of the rear wall panel member 18 come into contact with each other and are fixed in advance to the inside of the rear column frame portion 31a. A bolt 33 is inserted into the nut 32 from the rear end column member 21a and fastened and fastened.

In the side wall panel member 19a, column members 21 (the rear wall column member 21a on the rear wall side) are installed at predetermined intervals, and an outer plate 22 made of aluminum plate and an inner plate 23 made of plywood are fastened by rivets. It is a thing. The rear end column member 21a includes a column member having a U-shaped cross section with an opening facing the inside of the side wall panel member 19a, and a joint portion 24a, which is a smaller member having a U-shaped cross section with the opening facing outward. The rear column frame 31a is a square member having a rectangular cross section (longitudinal direction on the side wall side) and is recessed at a position facing the outside on the side wall side so that the joint 24a of the rear end column member 21a is fitted. It has a portion 34a. A hole for inserting a bolt is provided in the recess 34a in advance, and a nut 32 is secured to the inside thereof. A bolt 33 is inserted into the nut 32 from a hole provided in the joint portion 24a of the rear end column member 21a, and is screwed into the nut 32 to be tightened, whereby the rear end column of the side wall panel member 19a is tightened. The member 21a and the rear column frame portion 31a of the rear wall panel member 18 are joined. Since joining is performed by tightening bolts from the outside, joining work from the inside is not necessary.

After the joining work by the bolt 33 is completed, the plate-shaped decorative member 35 is locked from the outside to the joining portion 24a so as to shield the joining portion 24a. The engaging member 35 is provided with an engaging piece that is engaged with the inner surface of the opening of the joint portion 24a. The double-sided door 20 is attached to rear pillar frame portions 31a and 31b in FIG.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4, the junction part of the rear wall part panel member 18, the top panel member 12, and the floor panel member 13 is demonstrated.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rear base frame portion 37 of the rear panel member 18 is fixed to the rear end side joist 27a with bolts and nuts. The level difference resulting from the high upper end is substantially the same as the thickness of the floor panel member 13.

Further, the rear ceiling frame portion 38 at the upper portion of the rear skeleton 24 of the rear panel member 18 is joined to the rear end beam member 25a of the top panel member 12 by bolts and nuts.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing a procedure for joining and assembling the rear skeleton 24. As shown in FIG. 5, the rear skeleton 24 is formed by joining and assembling a rear basic frame portion 37, a pair of left and right rear pillar frame portions 31 a and 31 b, and a rear top frame portion 38.

In the joining and assembling procedures, the mounting convex portions 41 a and 41 b at the lower portions of the left and right rear column frame portions 31 a and 31 b are inserted into the rear base frame portion 37. Next, the mounting ridges 42a and 42b at the top of the rear column frame portions 31a and 31b are inserted into both ends of the rear top frame portion 38 to form the rear skeleton 24.

In the assembled rear skeleton 24, the rear basic frame portion 37 is first fastened to the rear end side joist 27a (see FIG. 4). The rear end column member 21a of the side wall panel member 19a and the rear column frame portion 31a are joined, and the rear end beam member 25a of the top panel member 12 and the rear top frame portion 38 are joined by bolts and nuts. Is done. Then, the double-sided door 20 is attached to the rear pillar frame portions 31a and 31b.

Thus, since the rear skeleton can be easily assembled in the assembly of the rear wall panel member, the workability of a series of steps of manufacturing, transporting, carrying in and assembling is improved. In addition, since the rear skeleton can be assembled, a part of the rear skeleton can be replaced.
