Specifically, the adhesive layer 2 is an acrylic resin coating layer having a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.5 mm, and is parallel to a direction substantially orthogonal to a line connecting the toe and the heel in the foot shape of the water absorbent sheet 1. And a plurality of ridges 2a having a width of about 1 mm are applied on the surface of the water-absorbent sheet 1 so as to be arranged at a pitch of about 3 to 4 mm. In addition, although the layer thickness becomes thin also in the part between adjacent protrusion 2a, the application layer of an acrylic resin exists. Examples of acrylic resin materials include emulsions and foaming agents whose main components are acrylic synthetic resins (adhesive acrylic acid ester copolymers and methyl methacrylate butadiene copolymers that are well compatible with thermoplastic fibers). And the like. By this adhesive layer 2, an adsorption layer having a plurality of microbubbles opening on the surface and performing an adsorption action is formed. In addition, since the acrylic resin itself has adhesiveness, the adhesive layer 2 also partially functions as an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer 2 is protected by a transparent protective film before use.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the cleaning pad 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is attached to the lower surface of the bottom member 5 of the slipper. The ridges 2a of the adhesive layer 2 are brought into contact with and adhered to the lower surface of the bottom member 5. Specifically, microbubbles that open to the surface of the adhesive layer 2 (the ridge 2a of the acrylic resin coating layer) pressed against the bottom member 5 discharge the internal air, and due to the vacuum adsorption action and the surface stickiness. Bonded to the bottom member 5. Then, when a person walks in the room wearing slippers, moisture on the floor surface is absorbed by the water absorbent sheet 1 with the raised brush 3, and dust is also attached to clean the floor surface.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning pad according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The cleaning pad 11 according to the second embodiment is different from the cleaning pad 10 according to the first embodiment only in that a waterproof sheet 4 is provided between the water absorbent sheet 1 and the adhesive layer 2. Since the waterproof sheet 4 prevents moisture absorbed by the water absorbent sheet 1 from entering the adhesive layer 2, it is possible to prevent a decrease in adhesive force because the material of the adhesive layer 2 is weak in water resistance.

The waterproof sheet 4 is a waterproof polyester fiber. The waterproof sheet 4 is made of a thin-walled nonwoven fabric (thickness of about 0.1 mm) formed by gathering polyester fibers, which are thermoplastic fibers, and has moderate flexibility. However, the material of the waterproof sheet 4 may be a fiber other than polyester fiber or a synthetic resin film. The water-absorbing sheet 1 and the waterproof sheet 4 are heat-welded at the entire periphery of the peripheral edge of the sheet and at the inner portion.

In the cleaning pad according to the first and second embodiments, the water absorbent sheet 1 has a diffusibility for diffusing absorbed moisture, and as a result, preferably has a quick drying property. Specifically, polyester fiber manufactured by Asahi Kasei Fibers Co., Ltd. (trade name: Technofine (registered trademark of Asahi Kasei Fibers Co., Ltd.)) can be used. Technofine has a special W-shaped fiber structure that quickly absorbs moisture and quickly diffuses and absorbs the absorbed moisture, making it difficult to stick even when absorbing a large amount of moisture and has excellent quick-drying properties. In addition, you may use the various synthetic fiber materials excellent in water absorbency and diffusivity (fast-drying property) other than this.

In the cleaning pad according to the first and second embodiments, the plurality of protrusions 6 may be provided on the outer surface of the water absorbent sheet 1 so as to be difficult to slip on the floor surface. FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing a modification of the cleaning pad according to the first and second embodiments. The protrusions 6 can be formed by applying a synthetic resin material to the surface of the water-absorbing sheet 1 by printing and thermosetting it.

(Third embodiment)
7 is a plan view of a cleaning pad according to a third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the cleaning pad, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IX-IX in FIG. The cleaning pad 12 according to the third embodiment is different from the cleaning pad 10 according to the first embodiment only in that a pile woven fabric 7 is superimposed on the outer surface of the water absorbent sheet 1. The water absorbent sheet 1 and the base material 7a of the pile woven fabric 7 are sewn on the entire periphery of the peripheral edge of the sheet, and the ridges 2a of the adhesive layer 2 are formed with the toes in the foot shape of the water absorbent sheet 1. It is parallel to the line connecting the fence. The pile woven fabric 7 improves water absorption performance and dust adsorption performance.

(Fourth embodiment)
10 is a plan view of the insole pad according to the fourth embodiment, FIG. 11 is a bottom view of the insole pad, and FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XII-XII in FIG.

The insole pad 20 according to the fourth embodiment includes an antibacterial sheet 21 containing an antibacterial agent and an adhesive layer 22 formed on one surface of the antibacterial sheet 21. The antibacterial sheet 21 has a foot shape that matches the outer shape of the bottom member of the slipper. However, since it is mounted inside the slipper, the outer dimensions are made smaller than those of the cleaning pads according to the first to third embodiments. The antibacterial sheet 21 contains a fine powder of charcoal (specifically, Bincho charcoal) as an antibacterial agent and uses a nonwoven fabric (manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon) having a thickness of about 1 to 2 mm. However, the antibacterial sheet 21 may contain charcoal other than Bincho charcoal or an antibacterial agent other than charcoal.

The adhesive layer 22 is an application layer of an acrylic resin similar to the cleaning pad according to the first to third embodiments, and is parallel to a direction substantially orthogonal to a line connecting the toe and the heel in the foot shape of the antibacterial sheet 21. A plurality of ridges 22a having a width of about 2 mm are applied on the surface of the antibacterial sheet 21 so as to be arranged at a pitch of about 4 mm.

FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the insole pad 20 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is attached to the upper surface of the bottom member 5 of the slipper. The ridges 22a of the adhesive layer 22 are in contact with the upper surface of the bottom member 5, and are adhered by exhibiting an adsorption action and an adhesive action. And when the person wears slippers, the fungi generated inside the slippers are absorbed and sterilized by the Bincho charcoal contained in the antibacterial sheet 21, and the malodor is also absorbed by the Bincho charcoal and deodorized.

In the first to fourth embodiments described above, the adhesive layers 2 and 22 are configured as an adsorption layer by an acrylic resin coating layer, but an adsorption layer using a material other than the acrylic resin coating layer or an adhesive material is used. You may comprise as an adhesive layer. Further, the adhesive layers 2 and 22 are configured to be peelable from the bonded slipper bottom member 5 so that the pads 10, 11, 12 and 20 can be detached from the slipper bottom member 5. You may make it impossible to peel from the bottom member 5 of the bonded slippers. In short, any material can be used as long as it is bonded to the pads 10, 11, 12, and 20 so as not to come off. Further, after use, in the case of a structure in which the pads 10, 11, 12, and 20 are pulled by hand and peeled from the bottom member 5 of the slipper, a material that adheres with an adhesive force that can perform the peeling operation a predetermined number of times. I just need it.
