In the present invention, the curtain wall unit comprises a unit frame having an upper frame portion, an intermediate frame portion, and a lower frame portion with left and right vertical members, an upper cross member, an upper intermediate cross member, a lower intermediate cross member, and a lower cross member. Prepared,
A window part is formed by attaching an outdoor window for the window part across the outdoor part of the left and right vertical members and the upper intermediate cross member, the outdoor part of the lower intermediate cross member,
A spandrel part outdoor side window is installed across the indoor side part of the left and right vertical members and the upper horizontal member, the indoor side part of the upper intermediate cross member,
A spandrel part outdoor side window can be attached to the indoor side part of the left and right vertical members, the lower intermediate cross member, and the indoor side part of the lower cross member to form a lower spandrel part.
In this way, the inner surface of the left and right vertical members, the lower surface of the upper horizontal member, the upper surface of the upper intermediate member and the outdoor window for the spandrel portion form a recessed portion, and the inner surface and the lower middle of the left and right vertical members. Since the recessed part is formed by the lower surface of the cross member and the outdoor window for the spandrel part, when looking at the curtain wall unit, the recessed part is conspicuous, and the top and bottom of the window part are clearly recessed, and the design is highly varied Become.

According to the present invention, when the outer wall on which the curtain wall is installed is viewed from the outside, the curtain wall unit looks like a concave-convex shape in which the spandrel portion is concave, and the curtain wall unit is continuous in the vertical and horizontal directions. The design is excellent in design with a variety of irregularities.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a curtain wall unit 1 is attached to a building housing 2 continuously in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction to form a curtain wall, and the curtain wall constitutes an outer wall.
The curtain wall unit 1 has a window part 1a facing the room 3 of the building and a spandrel part 1b between the window parts 1a adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, and the spandrel part 1b faces the boundary part 4 on the upper and lower floors of the building. is doing.
The living room 3 is a portion between the floor 5 and the ceiling 6, and the boundary portion 4 is a portion between the ceiling 6 on the lower floor and the floor 5 on the upper floor.
In this embodiment, a waist wall 7 is provided continuously with the floor 5, the waist wall 7 and the boundary portion 4 are vertically continuous, and a portion facing the waist portion 7 and the boundary portion 4 is a spandrel portion 1b. .
In short, the upper and lower portions of one curtain wall unit 1 are provided with spandrel portions 1b, respectively, and the spandrel portion 1b above the curtain wall unit 1 on the lower floor and the span drel portion 1b below the curtain wall 1 on the upper floor are continuous. The boundary 4 and the waist wall 7 are opposed to each other.

The curtain wall unit 1 includes a unit frame 10, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the outdoor portion of the frame portion forming the window portion 1a in the unit frame 10, in this embodiment, the waist wall 7 and the ceiling A window-side outdoor window 20 called an outer skin is attached to the outdoor part of the frame part between the outer skin 6 and the frame 6.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the indoor side portion of the frame portion forming the spandrel portion 1b in the unit frame 10, the indoor side portion of the lower frame portion facing the waist wall 7 in this embodiment, and the boundary The outdoor window 30 for the spandrel portion is attached to the indoor side portion of the upper frame portion facing the portion 4.

As a result, the outdoor surface of the outdoor window 30 for the spandrel part, that is, the outdoor side surface of the spandrel part 1b is closer to the room than the outdoor surface of the outdoor window 20 for window part, that is, the outdoor side surface of the window part 1a. Therefore, when the curtain wall unit 1 is viewed from the outside, the spandrel portion 1b appears to be a concave and convex shape, and the appearance of the curtain wall in which the curtain wall unit 1 is continuous vertically and horizontally is rich in unevenness. The design is excellent.

Further, in this embodiment, the unit frame 10 has a frame portion that forms the window portion 1a at the upper and lower intermediate portions, and an outdoor window for the window portion is attached to the outdoor portion of the frame portion. 10 has a frame portion for forming a spandrel portion 1b at the upper and lower portions, and an outdoor window for the spandrel portion is attached to the indoor side portion of each frame portion, thereby having a window portion 1a at the upper and lower intermediate portions Since the upper and lower portions have the spandrel portion 1b, when the unit frame 10 is viewed from the outside, the upper and lower middle portions are convex, and the upper and lower portions appear to be concave. There is a design that is more varied and has a better design.

Next, details of each part will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the unit frame 10 includes left and right vertical frames 11, 11, an upper cross member 12, an upper intermediate cross member 13, a lower intermediate cross member 14, and a lower cross member 15. It is a square shape having a frame portion 17 and a lower frame portion 18.
The upper frame portion 16 and the lower frame portion 18 are frame portions that form the above-described spandrel portion 1b, and the intermediate frame portion 17 is a frame portion that forms the aforementioned window portion 1a.
The upper intermediate cross member 13 is a cross member above the frame portion that forms the window portion 1a, and the lower intermediate cross member 14 is the cross member below the frame portion that forms the window portion 1a.

An outdoor glass 20a is mounted over the outdoor side portions of the upper intermediate cross member 13 and the lower intermediate cross member 14 and the outdoor side portions of the left and right vertical members 11 (that is, the outdoor side portion of the intermediate frame portion 17). This is a part outdoor side window 20.
An indoor window 21 called an inner skin spans the indoor side portions of the upper intermediate cross member 13 and the lower intermediate cross member 14 and the indoor side portions of the left and right vertical members 11 (that is, the indoor side portion of the intermediate frame portion 17). And an intermediate air layer 22 is formed on the intermediate frame portion 17.
The lower part of the intermediate air layer 22 communicates with the outside through an intake port 23 formed in the lower intermediate cross member 14, and the upper part of the intermediate air layer 22 is formed outdoors with an exhaust port 24 formed in the upper intermediate cross member 13. Communicating with
Since it is like this, outside air distribute | circulates in the intermediate | middle air layer 22, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2, and it becomes what was excellent in heat insulation performance. In short, the window portion 1a has a so-called double skin structure.
The intermediate air layer 22 is provided with a solar shading material, for example, a blind 25.
Accordingly, the solar radiation can be shielded and the hot air in the intermediate air layer 22 can be discharged to the outside, so that the solar radiation shielding performance of the window portion 1a can be improved.

The lower portion of the window portion 1a is a recessed spandrel portion 1b, and the lower inner cross member 14 has a lower surface forming the upper inner surface of the depressed span span portion 1b. It can be formed in the middle of the interior 14 of the material 14 with an opening on the upper and lower surfaces.
Therefore, the air inlet 23 is not visible when viewed from the outside, so that the appearance is good.
In addition, by making the intake port 23 longer in the indoor exterior direction, the opening area can be increased so that a large amount of outside air can flow in. Therefore, the opening of the intake port 23 can be increased without increasing the vertical dimension of the lower intermediate cross member 14. The area can be increased.

An outdoor glass 30a is mounted across the indoor side portion of the upper cross member 12 and the upper intermediate cross member 13 and the indoor side portions of the left and right vertical members 11 (that is, the indoor side portion of the upper frame portion 16), and a span drel is attached. A part outdoor side window 30 is provided.
As a result, the upper spandrel portion 1 b forms a recessed portion with the inner surfaces of the left and right vertical members 11, the lower surface of the upper horizontal member 12, the upper surface of the upper intermediate horizontal member 13, and the outdoor window 30 for the spandrel portion.
Accordingly, when the curtain wall unit 1 is viewed from the outside, the recessed portion is noticeable and the top of the window portion 1a is clearly recessed.
A fireproof board 31 is attached to the upper frame portion 16 closer to the room than the outdoor side glass 30a.

An outdoor side glass 30a is mounted across the indoor side portions of the lower intermediate cross member 14 and the lower cross member 15 and the indoor side portions of the left and right vertical members 11 (that is, the indoor side portion of the lower frame portion 18), and a span drel portion is attached. This is the outdoor room window 30.
As a result, the lower spandrel portion 1 b forms a recessed portion with the inner surfaces of the left and right vertical members 11, the lower surface of the lower intermediate cross member 14, the upper surface of the lower cross member 15, and the spandrel portion outdoor window 30.
Therefore, when the curtain wall unit 1 is viewed from the outside, the recessed portion is noticeable and the bottom of the window portion 1a is clearly recessed.
A fireproof board 31 is attached to the lower frame portion 18 closer to the room than the outdoor glass 30a.
In short, the upper spandrel portion 1b and the lower spandrel portion 1b have the same shape.

As shown in FIG. 5, the upper intermediate cross member 13, that is, the cross member on the frame portion forming the window portion 1 a has a main cross member 40 and an auxiliary cross member 50.
The main cross member 40 includes an indoor side member 41 and a horizontal piece 42, the indoor side member 41 is fixed to the indoor side of the vertical member 11, the horizontal piece 42 faces the outdoor side, and the outdoor side of the horizontal piece 42. The end is flush with the outdoor end of the longitudinal member 11.
The upper portion of the indoor side window 21 for the window is attached to the indoor side member 41, that is, the indoor side portion of the main cross member 40.

The auxiliary cross member 50 has a prospective dimension (dimension in the indoor-outside direction) smaller than a prospective dimension of the main cross member 40. The auxiliary cross member 50 is fixed to the outside of the vertical member 11 at a position closer to the outdoor side than the indoor side member 41 of the main cross member 40 and below the horizontal piece 42. The lower surface 42 a and the upper surface 50 a of the auxiliary cross member 50 are spaced apart to form the exhaust port 24.
The upper part of the window outdoor window 20 is attached to the auxiliary cross member 50.
A vertical rib 51 is attached across the lower surface 42 a of the lateral piece 42 and the upper surface 50 a of the auxiliary horizontal member 50, and fins 52 are attached to the vertical rib 51.
Since it is like this, the exhaust port 24 can be formed by adhering and attaching the main cross member 40 and the auxiliary cross member 50 to the vertical member 11.

The indoor side window 21 of the window portion 1a is a glass sash having a glass frame 21b attached to a sash frame 21a, and is attached to an indoor side member 41 of the main cross member 40 by a hook 21c.
