Abstract
【解決手段】Al、Si、Ti、Cr、MoおよびGeからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素と、Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、その平均結晶粒径が50μm以上であって、表面から10μmの表層領域に存在する、アスペクト比が10以上の窒素化合物の個数が、表層の断面積100μm2あたり10個以下である。また、前記各元素の合計含有率は、15at%以下である。

Claims (5)
- Al、Si、Ti、Cr、MoおよびGeからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素と、Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、
その平均結晶粒径が50μm以上であって、表面から10μmの表層領域に存在する、アスペクト比が10以上の窒素化合物の個数が、表層の断面積100μm2あたり10個以下であることを特徴とする鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末。 - Al、Si、Ti、Cr、MoおよびGeからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素の合計含有率は、15at%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末。
- 表面に絶縁被膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末。
- 前記絶縁被膜は、リン酸を主成分とする被膜、シリコーン樹脂被膜、或いはリン酸を主成分とする被膜とシリコーン樹脂被膜で成る二層の被膜であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末。
- 請求項1または2記載の鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末の製造方法であって、合金元素の窒素化合物の標準生成自由エネルギー以下の雰囲気で還元焼鈍を行い、鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末を得ることを特徴とする鉄基合金水アトマイズ粉末の製造方法。
