Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の薬剤分配装置は、流路を経て流出口へ連通する圧力容器を有する。この流路は、通常は閉鎖位置にある2つのバルブと流れ規制部とを有する。圧力測定装置が流路にそった2つのポイントの間の圧力差を測定する。この2つのポイント間に流れ規制部の少なくとも一部が入る。この2つのポイントの一方が2つのバルブの間にある。コントローラが、選択的にバルブを開き、所定量の薬剤を放出する。

Claims (12)
- 流路を経て流出口へ液状薬剤を分配する液状薬剤の圧力源を有する薬剤分配装置において、前記流路は流れ規制部と第1バルブと第2バルブを有し、前記流路中の気泡の存在を確認する方法において、
(a)第1バルブと第2バルブの間の圧力が、圧力源の圧力より低くなるよう、第1と第2バルブを操作するステップと、
(b)圧力蓄積期間のあいだ、第1バルブを開に、第2バルブを閉に維持するステップと、
(c)圧力蓄積期間の最後に、流路中の気泡の存在又は不存在を、第1と第2バルブの間の圧力測定に基いて、確認するステップと
を有する
ことを特徴とする気泡確認方法。 - 前記第1と第2バルブの間の圧力の測定が、前記圧力源とバルブ間の流路中の流体との間の、差圧測定によって行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 - 第1バルブが圧力蓄積期間の終わりに閉じられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 - 流路を経て流出口へ液状薬剤を分配する液状薬剤の圧力源を有する薬剤分配装置において、前記流路は流れ規制部と第1バルブと第2バルブを有し、前記流路中の気泡の存在を確認する方法において、
(a)流れ規制部をまたいだ圧力低下によって影響される少なくとも一つのパラメータを監視するステップと、
(b)前記少なくとも一つのパラメータが、流れ規制部をまたいだ圧力低下の減少が示す気泡検出条件を満たしたときに、流路中の気泡の存在を表示するステップと
を有する
ことを特徴とする気泡確認方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つのパラメータが、流れ規制部の少なくとも一部の下流の液体圧力に影響される圧力測定値である
ことを特徴とする請求項4の方法。 - 前記圧力測定値が、圧力源と流れ規制部の少なくとも一部の下流の流路の部分との間の差圧を示す差圧測定値である
