Abstract

- 筐体と、
耳の耳道に対する入口位置に隣接して配置されるときに、音声エネルギを聴取者の耳に向けるために、前記筐体内に支持されるラウドスピーカ手段と、
前記筐体の外側に位置し、前記入口位置に接近する周辺雑音を検知するように位置決めされる複数のマイクロホン手段と、
前記周辺雑音に反対の音響信号を生成するために、前記ラウドスピーカに適用するために、検知された周辺雑音を電気信号に変換する手段と、
を備える周辺雑音低減装置であって、
前記音響信号は、前記入口位置で前記周辺雑音の到達と時間合わせをして、前記ラウドスピーカ手段によって生成されるように構成される装置。 - 前記音響信号および前記周辺雑音が、40μs以下に前記入口位置で時間合わせされるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記音響信号および前記周辺雑音が、25μs以下に前記入口位置で時間合わせされるように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のマイクロホン手段が、前記ラウドスピーカ手段に関する前記筐体の少なくとも一部を形成するイヤパッドの周縁部に隣接するアレイに構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ラウドスピーカ手段は、ラウドスピーカ手段から各マイクロホン手段までの既知の半径方向の距離であるように、筐体内に配置される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロホン手段のアレイは、前記イヤパッドの周縁部の周囲に延在する、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロホン手段は、前記周縁部の周囲に等角に分散される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロホン手段のアレイは、携帯電話ハンドセットのラウドスピーカ開口部の周囲に、およびラウドスピーカ開口部から半径方向に離隔される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロホン手段からラウドスピーカの近傍まで周辺雑音を伴う経路は、必要な時間合わせが達成されるように生成されることになっている雑音低減音響信号のために十分な時間を提供する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 入射周辺雑音に対する前記マイクロホン手段および前記ラウドスピーカ手段の相対的な位置および配置は、前記ラウドスピーカ手段の性能特性を考慮して選択され、必要な時間合わせを確保する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロホン手段は、全体として、相当の範囲の角度からイヤホンに入射する周辺音に対して均一に応答するように位置決めされる、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のマイクロホン手段は、共通の円形の場所に沿って等角に配置される少なくとも3つのマイクロホンデバイスを備える、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロホン手段を相互接続するためおよび、処理のための共通の位置にそれらの出力を搬送するための少なくとも一方のために構成される電子部品の前記場所の要素が、前記場所に沿って分散される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 電子部品の少なくとも一部が、プリント回路として構成される、請求項13に記載の装置。
