Abstract
【解決手段】流体中の水分含有量を管理するシステム及びその方法は、乾燥剤と共に流体から水分を回収する回収チャンバと、乾燥剤から水を回収して、これを第2流体へ移す再生チャンバとを具える。蒸発器は、回収チャンバに入る乾燥剤を冷却して、第2蒸発器は、第2流体を冷却して水を抽出する。蒸発器は、冷却剤を使用し、この流れは、流体制御バルブによって制御される。第2蒸発器中の温度が設定点以下に下がる場合、第2蒸発器への冷却剤の流れが止められて、第1蒸発器への冷却剤の流れが増加する。これによって、回収チャンバ中の水分の回収は増加し、第2蒸発器中の温度は上昇する。そして、バルブが開いて、第2蒸発器中をより冷却する。

Claims (15)
- 流体中の水分含有量を管理するシステムにおいて、システムが;
第1流体が第1チャンバへ出入移動する入口及び出口を具える第1チャンバと;
前記第1チャンバを通過する前記第1流体から水分を除去させるために前記第1チャンバ内に導入可能な乾燥剤と;
前記第1流体から水分を除去した後に前記乾燥剤の少なくとも一部を受容するよう構成された第2チャンバであって、第2流体が第2チャンバへ出入移動する入口及び出口を具え、前記第2チャンバ中の前記乾燥剤から前記第2流体へ水分を蒸発させて、前記第2流体の水分含有量を増加させる第2チャンバと;
第3流体を受容し、前記第2チャンバから前記第2流体を受容して、前記第2流体から前記第3流体へ熱を移動させて、前記第2流体から水分を除去するように構成された熱交換機構成と;
前記第3流体の流量を変えるように操作可能なバルブと;
前記第2流体の水分含有量が増加した後にそのパラメータを感知し、感知された前記パラメータに基づきシステム熱交換機を通る前記第3流体の流量を制御すべく前記バルブが制御されるように、感知された前記パラメータに係る信号を出力するよう構成されたセンサと;
を具えることを特徴とする、流体中の水分含有量を管理するシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムがさらに、前記第3流体を受容し、前記乾燥剤が前記第1チャンバ内に導入される前に前記乾燥剤を冷却するよう構成された第1熱交換機を具え、前記第1熱交換機は、前記バルブを通る前記第3流体の流量の減少によって、前記第1熱交換機を通る前記第3流体の流量を増加させ、これにより前記第1熱交換機の冷却能力が高まるように前記バルブに対し配置されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記センサが前記バルブに接続され、感知された前記パラメータに係る信号が、前記センサによって前記バルブに出力されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記熱交換機構成は、システム熱交換機と、前記バルブとを具え、前記システムは、さらに、少なくとも1つの制御器を具えて、前記熱交換機構成及び前記センサに接続している制御システムを具え、前記制御システムは、前記センサからの信号を受信し、前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を調整するように前記バルブを作動させるよう構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、前記乾燥剤は少なくとも部分的に流体であり、前記システムがさらに:
前記第1及び第2チャンバの各々に前記乾燥剤を注入する一対のポンプと;

前記乾燥剤に第1流体の少なくとも一部を曝し、これにより少なくとも一部の前記乾燥剤の水分含有量を増加させるプロセスを用いて前記第1流体から水分を除去するステップであって、この最初のプロセスがさらに、前記第1流体が前記乾燥剤に曝される前に第1熱交換機に前記乾燥剤を通過させて前記乾燥剤を冷却し、これによって前記第1流体から除去される水分量を増加させるステップと;
水分含有量の増加した前記乾燥剤の少なくとも一部を第2流体に導入し、これにより前記乾燥剤から前記第2流体内へ水分が蒸発して前記第2流体の水分含有量を増加させるステップと;
前記第2流体の水分含有量が増加した後に前記システム熱交換機に前記第2流体を通過させて、前記第2流体を冷却して水分を除去するステップと;
前記第2流体の水分含有量が増加した後に前記第2流体のパラメータを感知するステップと;
前記第1熱交換機の冷却能力が自動的に制御されるよう、少なくとも一部を感知されたパラメータに基づきシステム熱交換機の冷却能力を調整するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記第2流体のパラメータを感知するステップが、前記第2流体の湿度を感知するステップを具え、感知された湿度が第1の設定湿度か、それ以下の場合に、前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を低下させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記第2流体のパラメータを感知するステップが、前記第2流体の温度を感知するステップを具え、感知された温度が第1の設定温度か、それ以下の場合に、前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を低下させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を調整するステップが、前記第1熱交換機の冷却能力が自動的に高まるよう前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を低下させるステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を調整するステップは、前記第1熱交換機の冷却能力が自動的に低下するよう前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力を高めるステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法がさらに、前記乾燥剤が前記第2流体内に導入される前に前記乾燥剤を加熱するステップを具え、これにより前記乾燥剤から前記第2流体内へ蒸発する水分の量が増大することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記乾燥剤が前記第2流体に導入される前に前記乾燥剤を加熱するステップは、前記システム熱交換機の冷却能力が低下した場合に前記第2熱交換機の加熱能力が自動的に高まるように、前記システム熱交換機と協働する第2熱交換機に前記乾燥剤を通過させるステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
