Description
超高分子量ポリオレフィンの長繊維または1つ以上の糸をピンの周囲に巻き付けるステップと、
このピンを、ピンを収容する凹みとこのピンの直ぐ周囲に無端形状物品を製造するためのキャビティとを有する半金型を備えた金型内に配置するステップと、
長繊維または1つ以上の糸を加熱するステップと、
金型のキャビティ内で無端形状の物品を形成するために金型を閉じるステップと
を含む。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一部が融着された超高分子量ポリオレフィン長繊維およびまたは短繊維を含む無端形状物品。
- 前記物品がリングまたはループであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無端形状物品。
- 前記無端形状物品の密度が、達成可能な最大密度の少なくとも70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の無端形状物品。
- 前記物品の周長が、10mm〜10000mmの間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無端形状物品。
- 前記物品の厚みが、0.1mm〜30mmの間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の無端形状物品。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の無端形状物品。
- 前記超高分子量ポリオレフィンの長繊維または1つ以上の糸を1対のホイールの周囲に巻き付けることによりループを形成し、前記長繊維または前記1つ以上の糸を、前記長繊維および/または短繊維の少なくとも一部が融着する前記繊維の融点未満の温度に加熱し、そして前記ホイールを回転させながら前記ホイール間の距離を増大させることにより前記ループを延伸することによる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の無端形状物品の製造方法。
- 前記長繊維または前記1つ以上の糸が145〜160℃の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維の延伸比が少なくとも1.2であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の無端形状物品を備える移植片固定器具。
