Claims (5)
- 熱可溶性材料(1)に孔を形成するための方法において、
接着剤の層(2)が熱可溶性材料の層(1)とともに配置され、
それに続いて、該共に配置された材料は前記熱可溶性材料の局部加熱のための装置を通され、
前記局部加熱による溶解は前記材料に孔を形成し、溶解された材料は前記接着剤の層において接着されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記加熱は超音波装置(3)を利用して実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤の層(2)は、前記熱可溶性材料の層に形成された孔から溶解された材料を接合した後に、前記熱可溶性材料の層(1)から除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記局部的な加熱が発生する前に、1つ以上の材料の層が、前記接着剤の層と接触した側と対向する側の前記熱可溶性材料の層に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の材料の層が、前記接着剤の層と接触した側と対向する側の前記接着剤の層に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法
