Abstract
Description
圧力調節器10は、コールド・グルーや、ホットメルト接着剤、及びその他の流体など、異なる種類の流体の圧力を調節するために使用できる。以下の説明においては、コールド・グルーの圧力調節に関して説明する。
結合流路22は、シールリング42に対向して配置されたセラミック製のインサート23を貫通して、バルブを形成している。
作動ピストン54は、Z−Z軸線に沿ってシリンダ25の内部に変位可能に配設されていて(図2参照)、流体出口26から離れた側を向いている端部にて、第2の分容積24を閉じ込めている。ピストンロッド56は、作動ピストン54を貫通し、結合流路22を通って延在し、シール本体34におけるシール面40の上に乗ることができる。また作動ピストン54は、前ピストンディスク58及び後ピストンディスク60を備え、これらはロックナット62によって作動ピストン54に固定されている。前ピストンディスク58及び後ピストンディスク60の間には、シリンダ壁25に対して作動ピストン54をシールするための環状形状のリップシール64が設けられている。
次に、本発明による圧力調節器の機能及び動作を説明するために、まず、図3を参照し、図面とは異なり、バルブ23及び32が閉じられているものと仮定する。バルブがこのような設定になる可能性は、圧力チャンバ94の内部に圧力がかかっておらず、調整ピストン92がバネ112の付勢力によってハウジング118内の上端へと位置して圧力チャンバが最小の容積になった場合と、ネジ104を有する調整ピストンロッド100が調節部分12において作動ピストン54のピストンロッド56から結果的に離間して、バルブバネ48が作動ピストン54をわずかに上昇させて、シール本体34とインサート23との間の隙間がバルブバネ48の付勢によって閉じられた場合とである。
作動ピストン54が上昇位置は、指示ネジ57によって外部から視認できる。
Claims (7)
- 消費装置の入口において,特に接着剤などの流体の作動圧力を調節するための、流体源に結合可能な第1の分容積(14)と、消費装置側の流体入口に結合可能であるような第2の分容積(24)とを有する上記圧力調節器であって、
第2の分容積は、大きさが可変である円筒形部分(24a)と、第1の分容積と第2の分容積とを結合している結合流路(22)と、該結合流路を開閉するための第1の分容積の内部に配設されるバルブとを備え、前記バルブは、インサート(23)と可動であるシールピストン(32)とを有し、該シールピストンの前端部は、該結合流路を閉じるためのシール本体(34)を形成し、その後端部は第1の分容積に対して密封されるものであって、
円筒形部分(24a)の内部には、円筒形部分および該シールピストンに対面するように配設されそれらの容積を変化させる前端部(59),および該シールピストンを動かし,該シールピストンにおける前端部に係合して行き止まり端を形成するピストンロッド(56)を有する作動ピストン(54)と、
該シールピストンの後端部と作動ピストンの前端部とは、第2の分容積の内部の流体圧力に暴露され、
圧縮空気が与えられ、該バルブの閉位置と開位置との間において該バルブの開き具合を決定する行き止まり端に結合される可動な調整ピストン(92)を備えていることを特徴とする圧力調節器。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力調節器であって、
該シールピストン(32)は、バネ(48)に代表される張力手段により、該閉位置へ向けて付勢されていることを特徴とする圧力調節器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の圧力調節器であって、
該調整ピストン(92)は、バネ(112)に代表される張力手段により、該閉位置へ向けて付勢されていることを特徴とする圧力調節器。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力調節器であって、
該調整ピストン(92)から該シールピストン(32)に調節力を伝達するために、該調整ピストンに固定して取り付けられた調整ピストンロッド(100)と、それらと分離され、該作動ピストン(54)に固定して取り付けられたピストンロッド(56)を備え、
両方のピストンロッドは共通軸線(Z−Z)に沿って変位可能であって、
該ピストンロッド(56)は該作動ピストン(54)を貫通し、その端部は調整ピストンロッド(100)と離れた側を向いている端部が該作動ピストン(54)を越えて突出し、
該突出箇所は、該シール本体で行き止まり端を形成していることを特徴とする圧力調節器。 - 請求項4に記載の圧力調節器であって、
該調整ピストンと離れた側を向いている該ピストン(56)の端部は、該結合流路(22)を貫通していることを特徴とする圧力調節器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力調節器であって、
該ピストン(56)は表示手段(指示ネジ57)を有し、該表示手段は、圧力調節器の外部から読み取ることが可能に配置されていることを特徴とする圧力調節器。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力調節器であって、
該圧力調節器の空気圧調節部分(90)における実効ピストン面積と、該圧力調節器の液圧調整部分(12)における実効ピストン面積とは、1:3に代表される所定の比率であることを特徴とする圧力調節器。
