Abstract

Claims (13)
- ほぼ円筒形の本体を有する、複合材料部品を機械加工するための工具において、
主軸線(2)を有し、直径がD1の研磨部分(1)と、
直径がD2の研削部分(3)とを備え、この場合D2<D1であり、前記研削部分(3)が前記主軸線(2)に対してセンタリングされており、
前記研削部分(3)がその端部に、前記部品への前記工具の貫入を可能にする少なくとも1つの切削素子(5)を備え、
前記研削部分(3)の前記切削素子(5)が逆截頭円錐形をした凹部であることを特徴とする工具。 - 工具がその潤滑のための少なくとも1つの中央通路(9)を備え、この中央通路が前記研削部分(3)の外面に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記中央通路(9)が更に、前記研削部分(3)の外面に開口する少なくとも1つの付属の溝(14〜20)に流体接続していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工具。
- 前記研削部分(3)が研削粒を有し、この研削粒の平均粒度が約300〜1000μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記研削部分(3)が立方晶窒化ホウ素、多結晶ダイヤモンド、炭化物およびこれらの素子の組み合わせを含む郡から選択された研削粒を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記研磨部分(1)が研削粒を有し、この研削粒の平均粒度が約100〜600μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記研磨部分(1)が研削粒の間に空隙を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工具。
- 前記研磨部分(1)がダイヤモンド、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコニウムおよびこれらの素子の組み合わせを含む郡から選択された研削粒を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記研磨部分(1)が前記工具の掴みを可能にする少なくとも1つの連続表面領域または非連続表面領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 工具が本体の背後に位置する部分を有し、この部分の形状が工具ホルダへの前記工具の挿入を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記研磨部分(1)の直径D1が10〜32mm±10%であり、前記研削部分(3)の直径D2が6〜28mm±10%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記円錐台が4〜24mm±10%の直径の底面(11)と、2〜20mm±10%の直径の上面(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 切削工具を受け入れるための少なくとも1個の工具保持装置を備えた、複合材料部品を機械加工するための機械において、前記切削工具が請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の工具であることを特徴とする機械。
