Abstract
Description
第1のコイルを構成する金属化トラックを基板上に堆積させるステップと、
第2のコイルの下側金属化トラックを堆積させるステップと、
高透磁率材料からなる薄層を基板の面に対して平行に堆積させるステップと、
前記薄層上およびその周囲に、第2のコイルの上側金属化トラックと、第2のコイルの上側金属化トラックと下側金属化トラックとを接続する側部金属化トラックとをそれぞれ形成するステップと、
を含むことが好ましい。
Claims (10)
- 平らな基板(11)の表面上に形成され前記基板(11)の面に対して垂直な軸を有するる第1の平らなコイル(10)と、前記基板(11)の面に対して平行な軸を有する第2のコイル(18)と、を備える平面アンテナ(37)において、
前記第2のコイル(18)は、前記基板(11)の前記表面上に堆積される磁性薄層(23)の周囲に巻回されることを特徴とする平面アンテナ(37)。 - 前記薄層(23)は、500よりも大きい比透磁率を有する高透磁率材料を備えている請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第1および第2のコイル(10)、(18)の軸に対して垂直な軸を有し且つ前記基板(11)の面に対して平行な更なる磁性薄層(31)の周囲に巻回される第3のコイル(30)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記更なる薄層(31)は、500よりも大きい比透磁率を有する高透磁率材料を備えている請求項3に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第2のコイル(18)と前記第3のコイル(30)との間に電気絶縁層(26)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項3または4のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第2のコイル(18)および前記第3のコイル(30)が前記第1のコイル(10)の対称軸に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記高透磁率材料は、対応するコイル(18,30)の軸に対して平行な磁化率が最も大きい軸を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2および4のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第2および第3のコイル(18,30)はそれぞれ、前記第1のコイル(10)によって輪郭付けられる表面よりもかなり小さい表面を、前記基板(11)の面に対して平行な面内で覆っていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアンテナ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナを形成する方法であって、
前記第1のコイル(10)を形成する金属化トラックを前記基板(11)上に堆積させるステップと、
前記第2のコイル(18)の下側金属化トラック(16,17)を堆積させるステップと、
高透磁率材料からなる薄層(23)を前記基板(11)の面に対して平行に堆積させるステップと、
−前記薄層(23)上およびその周囲に、前記第2のコイル(18)の上側金属化トラック(24,25)と、前記第2のコイル(18)の上側金属化トラック(24,25)と下側金属化トラック(16,17)とを接続する側部金属化トラックとをそれぞれ形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記薄層(23)および前記第2のコイル(18)を覆う電気絶縁層(26)を堆積させるステップと、
前記電気絶縁層(26)上に、前記第3のコイル(30)の下側金属化トラック(27,28,29)を堆積させるステップと、
高透磁率材料からなる前記更なる薄層(31)を基板(11)の面に対して平行に堆積させるステップと、
前記更なる薄層(31)上およびその周囲に、前記第3のコイル(30)の上側金属化トラック(32,33,34)と、前記第3のコイル(30)の上側金属化トラック(32,33,34)と下側金属化トラック(27,28,29)とを接続する側部金属化トラックとをそれぞれ形成するステップと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の形成方法。
