Claims (9)
- 2つの向かい合う端面(2)を備え、少なくとも1つのハウジング(3)と、通路(4)を形成する少なくとも1つの金属層(5)とを含むハニカム体(1)において、少なくとも1つの端面(2)は少なくとも1つの硬ろう付け区域(6)を有し、この区域(6)はハウジング(3)に接する帯状のろう付けなし領域(7)を形成しているハニカム体。
- 2つの向かい合う端面(2)はハニカム体(1)の長さ(8)を規定し、ハニカム体(1)は長さ(8)に対して垂直方向に最大広がり寸法(9)を有し、長さ(8)に対する広がり寸法(9)の比率は少なくとも2である請求項1に記載のハニカム体。
- 帯状のろう付けなし領域(7)は広がり寸法(9)の10%よりも小さい平均幅(10)を有する請求項1又は2に記載のハニカム体。
- 少なくとも1つの硬ろう付け区域(6)は多くとも10ミリメートルの深さ(11)で製作されている請求項1乃至3の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- 端面(2)から間隔をおいた少なくとも1つの部分領域(12)のみにおいて、少なくとも1つの層(5)と少なくとも1つのハウジング(3)との間に硬ろう付け結合部(13)が設けられている請求項1乃至4の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- ハニカム体は、端面(2)におけるれぞれ1つのろう付け区域(6)と、端面(2)から間隔をおいてろう付けされた部分領域(12)とを有し、部分領域(12)は少なくとも1つの層(5)と少なくとも1つのハウジング(3)との間に硬ろう付け結合部(13)を備える請求項1乃至5の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- 内燃機関(15)のための排ガス処理要素(14)において、請求項1乃至6の1つに記載のハニカム体(1)を含む排ガス処理要素。
- 請求項1乃至6の1つに記載のハニカム体(1)または請求項7に記載の排ガス処理要素(14)を含む自動車。
- ハウジング(3)の少なくとも1つの部分領域(12)へ硬ろうを適用するステップと、
少なくとも1つの金属層(5)を巻き付けもしくは絡み合わせるステップと、
金属層(5)をハウジング(3)内へ少なくとも部分的に挿入するステップと、
端面(2)を介して少なくとも1つの区域(6)をろう付けし、ハウジング(3)に接する帯状のろう付けなし領域(7)を生成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの部分領域(12)と少なくとも1つの区域(6)とに硬ろう付け結合部(13)を形成するためにハニカム体(1)を加熱するステップと、
を少なくとも含むハニカム体の製造方法。
