Claims (6)
- マルチウェルプレート装置において、
第1のアレイを形成する複数の第1のウェル、および
前記第1のアレイの第1のウェルにアライメントされた、第2のアレイを形成する複数の第2のウェル、
を備え、
前記第1と第2のアレイのウェルの底部が、結合され、それらの界面に透過性膜を有し、前記第1のアレイの各ウェルが、該各ウェルの上部にそれぞれのウェル開口を有し、該それぞれのウェル開口が上向きであり、前記第2のアレイの各ウェルが、該各ウェルの上部にそれぞれのウェル開口を有し、該それぞれのウェル開口が下向きであることを特徴とするマルチウェルプレート装置。 - 前記透過性膜が照射−エッチング膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマルチウェルプレート装置。
- 前記第1または第2のアレイのウェルの少なくとも1つを覆うための少なくとも1つのガス透過性蓋をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマルチウェルプレート装置。
- 前記ガス透過性蓋が、前記マルチウェルプレートの凹部に嵌るエラストマーガスケットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載のマルチウェルプレート装置。
- 前記ガス透過性蓋がスリーブ形の蓋であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のマルチウェルプレート装置。
- 前記第1と第2のアレイのウェルが、細胞結合を可能にするように前記透過性膜上にパターン形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマルチウェルプレート装置。
