Claims (16)
- 液体中の散乱光を測定するための、ハウジング(12)を備えた検出器であって、前記ハウジング(12)を通るように案内される、光透過性で柔軟な、液体(10)を輸送するチューブ(18)と、光出射器(24)と、光検出器(28)と、を含む検出器において、
前記ハウジング(12)には少なくとも1つの平坦な面(32,34)が形成されており、前記チューブ(18)が前記面に接して、当接するチューブ壁(31)が平坦に形成されるように配置されており、
前記光出射器(24)は、その光軸が平坦な前記面に対して実質的に垂直になるように、前記チューブ壁(38)のそばに配置されており、
前記光検出器(28)は前記光出射器(24)に隣接して前記チューブ壁(38)のそばに配置されており、前記光出射器(24)と前記光検出器(28)の光軸は90°よりも小さい角度を形成していることを特徴とする検出器。 - 前記2つの面(32,34)もしくは前記チューブ壁(38,40)は互いに平行な平面として配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検出器。
- 前記光出射器(24)と前記光検出器(28)の前記光軸は33°から55°、好ましくは約45°の角度を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検出器。
- 前記光出射器(24)と前記光検出器(28)の前記光軸の交点は、前記第1のチューブ壁(38)と前記チューブ(18)の中を輸送される液体(10)との間の媒体境界面から、該媒体境界面から0.5mmだけ液体(10)の中へ入った位置までの間の領域に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記光出射器(24)と前記光検出器(28)の前記光軸の交点は、前記第1のチューブ壁(38)と前記チューブの中で輸送される液体(10)との間の媒体境界面に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記チューブ(10)の、前記光出射器(24)および前記光検出器(26)とは反対側(34,40)の位置に、反射性の表面が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記反射性の表面は反射性のチューブ表面(40)または反射性のハウジング表面(34)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の検出器。
- 前記チューブ(18)と、前記光出射器(24)および前記光検出器(26)と、の間に光透過性のガラス板(46)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記光出射器(24)は400nmから700nmの波長の光を出射することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記光検出器(26)は光ガイドまたは光ダイオードであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記光検出器(26)は光ガイドと接続された分光計を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 前記光検出器(26)はさらに血液検出のための評価ユニット(70)と接続されており、該評価ユニットは波長依存的な測定信号および同じく波長依存的な基準信号から波長依存的な信号変化関数を算出し、所定の波長領域にわたって該信号変化関数から畳み込み積分を形成し、該畳み込み積分の値に基づいて液体中の血液の存在を推定することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の検出器。
- 血液処理ユニット(62)と、前記血液処理ユニット(62)と接続された血液循環ライン(60)と、同じく前記血液処理ユニット(62)と接続された二次液体循環ライン(66)、特に透析液循環ラインと、を備え、
前記二次液体循環ライン(66)は、チューブ系統と、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の検出器(8)と、を含んでいる、血液処理装置。 - 波長依存的な測定信号および同じく波長依存的な基準信号から波長依存的な信号変化関数が算出され、
所定の波長領域にわたって、前記信号変化関数と畳み込み関数とから畳み込み積分が形成され、該畳み込み積分の値に基づいて液体中の血液の存在が推定される、溶液中の血液を検出する方法。 - 液体中のヘモグロビン及び/またはマーカー物質、特にビリルビンを検出するための、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の検出器(8)の利用方法。
- 光学濃度の高い溶液中での空気混入を検出するための、請求項1から12いずれか1項に記載の検出器(8)の利用方法。
