Description

Claims (17)
- 冶金炉のスラグ・ドアのための密閉装置であって、前記装置を炉に取り付ける取り付け部品、及び少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素であって後部高温パネルを備えると共に前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素は前記取り付け部品により、スラグ・ドア開口部の外部である開位置から、スラグ・ドアを効率的に密閉し前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素がその前記高温パネルを炉内壁と同一面にしてスラグ・ドア開口部内に入る閉鎖位置まで動作可能に保持された少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素からなる密閉装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの拭き取り装置がスラグ・ドア底面から障害物を取り除けるよう、スラグ・ドア底面をスラグ・ドア開口部から離れた開位置から中間位置を通りスラグ・ドア開口部内の閉鎖位置まで掃くように動作可能な、少なくとも一つの拭き取り装置をさらに含む請求項1に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの拭き取り装置は、対向する一対の通常水平に旋回するアームを備える請求項2に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素は下方及び前記アーム上部のスラグ・ドア開口部内部方向に動作可能なように取り付けられたゲートを備える請求項3に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記ゲートは駆動軸に連結された動力レバー、及び前記動力レバーと前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素の間に連結された追従レバー、を備える少なくとも一つの平行リンク機構により保持される請求項4に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素は少なくとも一つの平行リンクにより保持される請求項1に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記アームは個別に動作可能な請求項5に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記アームは少なくとも一つのロータリー式油圧アクチュエータにより制御される請求項7に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記ゲートの前記高温パネルは水冷式である請求項5または請求項7に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記ゲートはさらに水冷式底板を備える請求項9に記載の密閉装置。
- 請求項1または請求項3の装置であって、炉外部に位置しスラグ・ドア開口部を取り囲むフレームを備え、前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素は前記フレームに前記閉鎖位置で接している請求項1または請求項3に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記フレームは水冷式である請求項11に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記アームは水冷式である請求項7に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記水冷式底板は前記ゲートに枢動可能に取り付けられ、前記スラグ・ドアの障害物を粉砕し除去する補助をするために駆動可能な請求項10に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの閉鎖要素は一対の対向する全体的に水平旋回するドアを備える請求項2に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記拭き取り装置は前記旋回式ドアである請求項15に記載の密閉装置。
- 前記拭き取り装置はさらに下方及び前記ドア下部のスラグ・ドア開口部内部方向に動作可能なように取り付けられたパネルである請求項15に記載の密閉装置。
