Abstract
【解決手段】 FR車に搭載されたクラッチレリーズ軸受装置1の玉軸受12において、リヤ側シール部材18の内周面28の軸受内部側に最内径部29を設け、その最内径部29は、内輪15の外面24に線接触させる。また、リヤ側シール部材18の内周面28は、最内径部29から軸受外部側端部まで拡径領域Tを有する。この拡径領域Tは、軸方向と平行して延びる直線部32と、軸受内部側から軸受外部側へ内周面28の内径寸法を拡径させるテーパ形状の拡径部(31、33)とで構成する。内輪15のリヤ側端部は、径方向外側に延設してリヤ側鍔部26とし、このリヤ側鍔部26と対向するリヤ側シール部材18の中間部18bの対向面34に、軸受外部側に突出する凸部27を設ける。

Claims (8)
- エンジンとトランスミッションとの間に配置され、回転側の外輪と、静止側の内輪と、前記外輪と前記内輪との間に介在されたボールと、外径端部が前記外輪の内面に固定され、前記外輪と前記内輪との間を密封するシール部材とを備えたクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受であって、
前記シール部材の内周面は、軸受内部側に位置する最内径部から軸方向に沿って軸受外部側へ延び、前記最内径部から軸受外部側端部に亙って、シール部材の内径寸法を連続的に増大させる拡径領域が設けられていることを特徴とするクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。 - 前記拡径領域は、シール部材の内径寸法を軸受内部側から軸受外部側へ増大させる拡径部と、軸方向と平行して延びる直線部とで構成されている請求項1に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記拡径領域は、シール部材の内径寸法を軸受内部側から軸受外部側へ増大させる拡径部のみで構成されている請求項1に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記拡径部は、テーパ形状である請求項2又は3に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記内輪は、その端部が径方向外側に延設されて鍔部をなし、その鍔部と対向する前記シール部材の対向面に、軸受外部側に突出する凸部が設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記凸部の内周面は、その内径寸法を軸受内部側端部から軸受外部側端部に亙って拡径させるテーパ形状である請求項5に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記シール部材の最内径部は、前記内輪の外面に接触している請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
- 前記シール部材の最内径部は、前記内輪の外面に線接触している請求項7に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
