Abstract
【解決手段】手首に装着されるバンド20と、バンド20に外装され、バンド20に沿ってバンド20の周方向に摺動する第1の摺動体41と、第1の摺動体41に摺動可能に設けられ、バンド20の軸方向に摺動する第2の摺動体42と、第2の摺動体42に設けられて、バンド20の内側若しくは側方に位置調整可能に設けられる脈拍センサー43と、脈拍センサー43の出力データから脈拍の異常を検出する脈拍異常検出部とを備える脈拍異常検出装置。

Description
第1実施形態の脈拍異常検出装置10は、図1に示すように、着脱自在な連結部21の連結により利用者の手首に装着される略環形で帯状のバンド20と、バンド20に取り付けて設けられ、脈拍異常検出部が内蔵される本体部30と、バンド20に沿って摺動可能に設けられるセンサー機構40と、本体部30とセンサー機構40の脈拍センサー43とを電気的に接続する接続線50とを備える。
第2実施形態の脈拍異常検出装置10は、図1と同様の構成で、連結部21の連結により利用者の手首に装着される略環形で帯状のバンド20と、バンド20に取り付けて設けられる本体部30と、バンド20に沿って摺動可能に設けられるセンサー機構40と、本体部30とセンサー機構40の脈拍センサー43とを電気的に接続する接続線50を有するものであるが、脈拍異常検出部は本体部30に設けられず、脈拍異常検出装置10或いは本体部30と無線通信で通信可能に接続される受信端末70に、脈拍異常検出部に相当する制御処理部71及び記憶部72が設けられるものである(図5参照)。尚、第2実施形態で特に言及しない構成は、第1実施形態と同様である。
本明細書開示の発明には、各発明や各実施形態の構成の他に、適用可能な範囲で、これらの部分的な構成を本明細書開示の他の構成に変更して特定したもの、或いはこれらの構成に本明細書開示の他の構成を付加して特定したもの、或いはこれらの部分的な構成を部分的な作用効果が得られる限度で削除して特定した上位概念化したものも含まれる。
Claims (9)
- 手首若しくは腕に装着されるバンドと、
前記バンドの内側若しくは側方に設けられる脈拍センサーと、
前記脈拍センサーの出力データから脈拍の異常を検出する脈拍異常検出部とを備え、
前記脈拍センサーを位置調整可能に設けることを特徴とする脈拍異常検出装置。 - 脈拍の標準波形と、脈拍の許容範囲を規定する設定値とを記憶する記憶部と、
前記脈拍センサーの出力データである出力波形と前記脈拍の標準波形とを対比し、前記対比結果に前記設定値による許容範囲以外のものがある場合に異常と認識する脈拍異常認識部とを有し、
前記記憶部と前記脈拍異常認識部により前記脈拍異常検出部を構成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の脈拍異常検出装置。 - 前記脈拍センサーを前記バンドの周方向と前記バンドの軸方向とに移動可能に設けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の脈拍異常検出装置。
- 前記バンドに外装され、前記バンドに沿って摺動する第1の摺動体と、
前記第1の摺動体に摺動可能に設けられ、前記バンドの軸方向に摺動する第2の摺動体とを備え、
前記第2の摺動体に前記脈拍センサーを設けることを特徴とする請求項3記載の脈拍異常検出装置。 - 前記第2の摺動体を前記脈拍センサーを前記バンドの内方へ付勢する弾性を有するものとする、若しくは前記第2の摺動体と前記脈拍センサーとの間に前記脈拍センサーを前記バンドの内方へ付勢する弾性部材を設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の脈拍異常検出装置。
- 前記弾性部材を感圧ダイアフラムとすることを特徴とする請求項5記載の脈拍異常検出装置。
- 前記第2の摺動体の先端に手首周り若しくは腕周りの少なくとも一部に略沿う形状の定置部材、又は前記形状に変形可能な定置部材を設けることを特徴とする請求項4〜6の何れかに記載の脈拍異常検出装置。
- 前記バンドに本体部を設け、前記本体部に前記脈拍異常検出部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の脈拍異常検出装置。
- 前記バンドに送信部を設け、
受信端末に前記脈拍異常検出部を設け、
前記脈拍センサーの出力データである出力波形を前記送信部により前記受信端末に送信することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の脈拍異常検出装置。
