なお、ハーフカット深さは、顕微鏡で切目線部分の断面を撮影して4辺部分の非貫通部の厚さを測定して表すこととし、積層シートのLLDPE、Alを貫通し、PETの非貫通部分の厚さを1〜2μmとした。

蓋ラベルのみ接着する前の状態で包装体の蓋部を下にして、上になった包装体の一部を切取り染料で着色した薬液を注入し、積層シートの取出し口予定部を薬液でディッピング状態にして7日間、静置して薬液の浸透状況を観察した。なお、エタノール40重量%、水50重量%、保湿剤(エチレングリコール)9重量%、添加剤(界面活性剤、殺菌剤、防腐剤、PH調整剤、香料清涼剤)1重量%を混合した混合液にメチレンブルーで着色して薬液とした。
