Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼器尾筒案内治具50は、2本の軌条51、52と、固定部材53と、保持部材54とで構成される。固定部材53は、軌条51、52の一端部に設けられ、かつ燃焼器取付口28に取り付けられる。軌条51、52は、燃焼器取付口28から燃焼器車室27の内部27Iに向かって差し込まれて、固定部材53によって燃焼器取付口28に固定される。軌条51、52は、燃焼器尾筒33に設けられる燃焼器尾筒側案内部40と接触して、燃焼器尾筒33の移動を一方向に案内する。

Claims (4)
- 燃料を空気とともに燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成するノズルブロックと、前記ノズルブロックとガスタービンのタービンとを接続して、前記燃焼ガスを前記タービンに導く燃焼器尾筒とを含んで構成される燃焼器を前記ガスタービンに取り付け、又は前記ガスタービンから取り外す際に用いるものであり、
前記ガスタービンの燃焼器車室に形成されて前記燃焼器を取り付ける燃焼器取付口から前記燃焼器車室の内部に向かって差し込まれ、かつ前記燃焼器尾筒に設けられる燃焼器尾筒側案内部と接触して、前記燃焼器尾筒を案内する軌条と、
前記軌条の一端部に設けられ、かつ前記燃焼器取付口に取り付けられて、前記軌条を前記燃焼器取付口に固定する固定部材と、
を含んで構成させることを特徴とする燃焼器尾筒案内治具。 - 前記軌条は、前記燃焼器取付口の貫通方向と平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼器尾筒案内治具。
- 燃料を空気とともに燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成するノズルブロックと、前記ノズルブロックとガスタービンのタービンとを接続して、前記燃焼ガスを前記タービンに導く燃焼器尾筒とを含んで構成されて、前記ガスタービンの燃焼器車室に取り付けられる燃焼器を前記ガスタービンから取り外すにあたり、
前記燃焼器車室から前記ノズルブロックを取り外す手順と、
前記燃焼器尾筒を案内するための燃焼器尾筒案内治具を、前記燃焼器車室に形成され前記燃焼器を取り付ける燃焼器取付口から前記燃焼器車室の内部に向かって差し込む手順と、
前記燃焼器尾筒案内治具を前記燃焼器取付口に取り付ける手順と、
前記燃焼器尾筒に設けられて前記燃焼器尾筒案内治具と係り合う燃焼器尾筒側案内部を前記燃焼器尾筒案内治具に沿わせながら、前記燃焼器尾筒を前記燃焼器取付口から取り出す手順と、
を含むことを特徴とするガスタービンの燃焼器の取り外し方法。 - 燃料を空気とともに燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成するノズルブロックと、前記ノズルブロックとガスタービンのタービンとを接続して、前記燃焼ガスを前記タービンに導く燃焼器尾筒とを含んで構成される燃焼器を前記ガスタービンに取り付けるにあたり、
前記ガスタービンの燃焼器車室に形成され前記燃焼器を取り付ける燃焼器取付口に取り付けられている、前記燃焼器尾筒を案内する燃焼器尾筒案内治具に、前記燃焼器尾筒に設けられて前記燃焼器尾筒案内治具と係り合う燃焼器尾筒側案内部を接触させる手順と、
前記燃焼器尾筒側案内部を前記燃焼器尾筒案内治具に沿わせながら、前記燃焼器尾筒を前記燃焼器取付口から前記燃焼器車室の内部へ送り込む手順と、
前記燃焼器尾筒案内治具を前記燃焼器取付口から取り外す手順と、
前記ノズルブロックを前記燃焼器取付口へ取り付ける手順と、
を含むことを特徴とするガスタービンの燃焼器の取付方法。
