Description

The present invention relates to an elevator diagnostic operation confirmation method capable of confirming in a short time whether or not a diagnostic operation apparatus operates correctly after a diagnosis operation apparatus for an elevator is implemented so that a diagnosis operation can be performed.

Conventionally, as an elevator restoration operation device for an elevator, an ultra-low sensor that operates when a first reference value is exceeded, a low sensor that operates when a second reference value that is greater than the first reference value, A high-sensor seismometer that operates when a third reference value greater than the reference value of 2 is exceeded, and when the first reference value is exceeded, the ultra-low sensor operates to bring the elevator car to the nearest floor If it is stopped and exceeds the second reference value and less than the third reference value, the low sensor operates to perform an earthquake diagnosis operation to detect the elevator abnormality, and if the elevator abnormality cannot be detected, the elevator Has been known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In the conventional one described in Patent Document 1, the earthquake recovery operation control device first performs a slow speed abnormality detection operation so that the diagnosis operation after the occurrence of the earthquake does not damage the equipment, and the up operation to the top floor and the operation to the bottom floor are performed. Perform down operation. Next, manual speed abnormality diagnosis operation and high speed (rated speed) abnormality detection operation are performed, respectively, and the up operation to the top floor and the down operation to the bottom floor are performed. However, it is necessary to actually operate the seismic detector to perform the diagnostic operation in order to check whether the diagnostic operation device operates correctly after the diagnostic operation device is implemented so that the diagnostic operation can be performed. When the seismic detector is in the hoistway, there is a problem that work efficiency is poor. In addition, there is a problem that if diagnosis operation is performed at all speeds (slow speed, manual speed, rated speed) even though there is no actual rope catching or equipment abnormality, the time is increased. In addition, if the slow speed operation and the manual speed operation are continuously performed for several minutes, a heavy load is applied to the inverter circuit, so that an excessively low speed operation and a manual speed operation must be avoided.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and after performing an elevator diagnosis operation device so that diagnosis operation can be performed, it is necessary to check whether the diagnosis operation device operates correctly. And a rated speed abnormality detection step that detects the abnormality by performing a rated speed abnormality detection operation after performing a manual speed abnormality detection operation, and performs a fine speed abnormality detection operation, a manual speed abnormality detection operation, and a rated speed abnormality detection operation. When no abnormality is detected, normal operation is restored, and when an abnormality is detected, the earthquake cannot be restored.

Moreover, it is constructed so that diagnostic operation can be performed after the occurrence of an earthquake, and is a diagnostic operation confirmation method for an elevator for confirming whether or not the diagnostic operation operates correctly after construction, connecting a maintenance tool to the elevator control device, A step of outputting a diagnostic operation execution request from the maintenance tool to the earthquake recovery operation control device, a step of performing a notification mask to prevent erroneous notification to the remote monitoring center, and the operation of the elevator device without operating the earthquake detector A step forcibly shifting to the low earthquake control operation mode by software, a manual speed abnormality detection step for detecting an abnormality by performing a manual speed abnormality detection operation without starting a slow speed abnormality detection operation, starting an earthquake recovery operation, and A manual speed abnormality detection operation, and a rated speed abnormality detection step for detecting an abnormality by performing a rated speed abnormality detection operation. When no abnormality is detected by the abnormality detection operation and the rated speed abnormality detecting operation are those recovered to normal operation, abnormal and if it is detected seismic recovery impossible.

Moreover, it is constructed so that diagnostic operation can be performed after the occurrence of an earthquake, and is a diagnostic operation confirmation method for an elevator for confirming whether or not the diagnostic operation operates correctly after construction, connecting a maintenance tool to the elevator control device, A step of outputting a diagnostic operation execution request from the maintenance tool to the earthquake recovery operation control device, a step of performing a notification mask to prevent erroneous notification to the remote monitoring center, and the operation of the elevator device without operating the earthquake detector Steps to forcibly shift to the low earthquake control operation mode by software and earthquake recovery operation are started, and the abnormal speed detection operation is performed by performing only the rated speed error detection operation without performing the slow speed error detection operation and manual speed error detection operation. A rated speed abnormality detection step that performs normal speed operation when no abnormality is detected in the rated speed abnormality detection operation. If it is an earthquake recovery impossible.

In addition, after construction so that the diagnostic operation can be performed, it is possible to check whether the abnormality detection level setting value of the torque current of the abnormality detection operation circuit or the scale current is set correctly without operating the earthquake detector. is there.

According to the present invention, after the diagnostic operation device of the elevator is implemented so that the diagnosis operation can be performed, whether or not the diagnosis operation device operates correctly can be confirmed easily and in a short time by using the maintenance tool. There is an effect that can be done.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a block diagram showing the overall configuration of an elevator diagnostic operation confirmation method according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing an operation flow of the elevator diagnosis operation confirmation method according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. is there.

In FIG. 1, 1 is an elevator car, 2 is a maintenance tool, 3 is an earthquake recovery operation control device, 4 is a slow speed abnormality detection operation circuit, 5 is a manual speed abnormality detection operation circuit, and 6 is a rated speed abnormality detection circuit. The maintenance tool 2 is carried by a maintenance staff and can be connected to the elevator control device to access the earthquake recovery operation control device 3.
The earthquake restoration operation control device 3 is connected to the slow speed abnormality detection operation circuit 4, the manual speed abnormality detection operation circuit 5, and the rated speed abnormality detection operation circuit 6, and performs a diagnostic operation after the occurrence of the earthquake.

Here, after enforcing the diagnostic operation device of the elevator so that diagnostic operation can be performed after the occurrence of an earthquake, whether or not the torque current of the abnormality detection operation circuit and the abnormality detection level threshold parameter of the weighing current are correctly set, The diagnosis operation is actually performed for confirmation, but the trigger for starting the diagnosis operation is performed from the maintenance tool 2.
In the diagnosis operation after the occurrence of the earthquake, the earthquake recovery operation control device 3 first performs the fine speed abnormality detection operation by the fine speed abnormality detection operation circuit 4 so as not to damage the equipment, and the up operation to the top floor and the down to the bottom floor are performed. Do the driving. Next, the manual speed abnormality diagnosis operation circuit 5 and the rated speed abnormality detection operation circuit 6 perform manual speed operation and rated speed operation, respectively, and perform up operation to the top floor and down operation to the bottom floor, respectively. However, after the operation of the elevator diagnosis operation device, whether the diagnosis operation device operates correctly or not is confirmed. This is an operation to confirm whether or not the device is broken. Therefore, it is sufficient for the earthquake recovery operation control device 3 to perform abnormality detection confirmation by running at a speed that does not apply a load to the inverter. Also, in the abnormality detection check operation after the elevator construction, there is actually no rope catching or equipment abnormality, but if the diagnosis operation is performed at all speeds (slow speed, manual speed, rated speed), it will take a long time. There is a problem, especially when the slow speed abnormality detection operation is performed for several minutes in a row, the inverter circuit may be heavily loaded, so there is also a constraint that it is necessary to avoid unnecessary slow speed abnormality detection operation. .

Next, a flow for simply confirming whether or not the diagnostic driving apparatus operates correctly after the diagnostic driving apparatus of the elevator is implemented so that the diagnostic driving can be performed will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the maintenance tool 2 is connected to the elevator control device so that the earthquake restoration operation control device 3 can be accessed, and a diagnostic operation execution request is output from the maintenance tool 2 to the earthquake restoration operation control device 3 (step S1). Next, the earthquake recovery operation control device 3 performs a notification mask in order to prevent erroneous notification to the remote monitoring center (step S2), and forcibly shifts to the low earthquake control operation mode by the software of the elevator control device. (Step S3). At this time, the diagnostic operation after construction can be confirmed without operating the seismic detector in the hoistway and without reporting to the remote monitoring center.

Next, it progresses to step S4 and an earthquake restoration driving | operation is started. Then, the earthquake recovery operation condition is confirmed from the hardware input signal indicating the elevator state (step S5), and it is determined whether the earthquake recovery operation is possible (step S6). If the earthquake recovery operation is OK, in Step S7, the car 1 is operated at a slow speed by the slow speed abnormality detection operation circuit 4, a slow speed abnormality detection operation is performed, the up operation is performed to the top floor, and the down operation is performed to the bottom floor. . Here, the slow speed operation is, for example, an elevator with a speed of 60 m / min and a speed of about 1/10 or about 5 m / min.

Then, in the next step S8, abnormal noise detection during traveling, control cable hook detection, and counterweight collision detection on the counterweight are carried out. Return to the first floor in step S7, the speed abnormality detection operation ends, and if no abnormality is detected in step S8, the manual speed abnormality detection operation is performed on the car 1 by the manual speed abnormality detection operation circuit 5 in step S9. Similarly, up operation to the top floor and further down operation to the bottom floor are performed. The manual speed operation here refers to a speed of about 15 m / min which is set as a speed at the time of maintenance and inspection.

Then, in the next step S10, abnormal noise detection during travel, control cable catch detection, and counterweight collision detection on the counterweight are performed. Further, in the earthquake recovery operation, when the manual speed abnormality detection operation is completed and no abnormality is detected in step S10, the rated speed abnormality detection operation is performed on the car 1 in the rated speed abnormality detection operation circuit 6 in step S11. Up to the top floor and down to the bottom floor.

Then, in the next step S12, abnormal sound detection during traveling, control cable catch detection, and counterweight collision detection on the counterweight are carried out. If no abnormality is detected in step S12, the process proceeds to step S13, where it is determined that no damage has been detected in the elevator, and the elevator is restored to normal operation.

If the earthquake recovery operation is NO in step S6, the earthquake recovery is impossible (step S14). Further, if there is an abnormality detected in step S8, the earthquake recovery operation is stopped and the earthquake recovery is impossible, and if there is an abnormality detection in step S10, the earthquake recovery operation is stopped and the earthquake recovery is impossible, and the abnormality detection is detected in step S12. If there is, the earthquake recovery operation is stopped and the earthquake recovery is impossible (step S14).
As described above, the diagnosis operation confirmation work for the elevator after the elevator construction is completed without operating the seismic detector in the hoistway.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, after performing the diagnostic operation device of the elevator so that the diagnostic operation can be performed, whether or not the diagnostic operation device operates correctly is confirmed by using a maintenance tool. Can be done easily.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing an operation flow of the elevator diagnostic operation confirmation method according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

In the abnormality detection check operation after the elevator construction, there is a problem that the time will become longer if diagnostic operation is performed at all speeds (slow speed, manual speed, rated speed) even though there is no actual rope catching or equipment abnormality. In particular, if the slow speed abnormality detection operation is continuously performed for several minutes, a great load may be applied to the inverter circuit. Therefore, there is a constraint that the slow speed abnormality detection operation more than necessary must be avoided. In addition, since the manual speed abnormality detection operation may put a great load on the inverter circuit, it may be necessary to avoid the manual speed abnormality detection operation more than necessary.

A flow for simply and quickly confirming whether or not the diagnostic operation device operates correctly after the elevator operation device has been implemented so that the diagnosis operation can be performed will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the maintenance tool 2 is connected to the elevator control device so that the earthquake recovery operation control device 3 can be accessed, and a diagnostic operation execution request is output from the maintenance tool 2 to the earthquake recovery operation control device 3 (step S21). Next, the earthquake recovery operation control device 3 performs a notification mask in order to prevent erroneous notification to the remote monitoring center (step S22), and forcibly shifts to the low earthquake control operation mode by the software of the elevator control device. (Step S23). At this time, the diagnostic operation after construction can be confirmed without operating the seismic detector in the hoistway and without reporting to the remote monitoring center.

Next, it progresses to step S24 and an earthquake restoration driving | operation is started. Then, the earthquake recovery operation condition is confirmed from the memory of the elevator control circuit (step S25), and it is determined whether the earthquake recovery operation is possible (step S26). If the earthquake restoration operation is OK, the car 1 is subjected to an abnormality detection operation other than the slow speed abnormality detection operation circuit 4 in step S27. That is, the rated speed abnormality detection operation circuit 6 or the manual speed abnormality detection operation circuit 5 performs the rated speed abnormality detection operation or the manual speed abnormality detection operation, and performs the up operation to the top floor and the down operation to the bottom floor. Even if the manual speed abnormality detection operation circuit 5 performs the manual speed abnormality detection operation, if it is continuously performed for several minutes, a great load may be applied to the inverter circuit. In such a case, it is a matter of course that only the rated speed abnormality detection operation may be performed without performing the fine speed abnormality detection operation and the manual speed abnormality detection operation.

Then, in the next step S28, abnormal noise detection during traveling, control cable catch detection, and counterweight collision detection on the counterweight are carried out. When the operation returns to the first floor in step S27, the rated speed abnormality detection operation or the manual speed abnormality detection operation ends, and if no abnormality is detected in step S28, the process proceeds to step S29 and it is determined that no damage is detected in the elevator. The elevator is restored to normal operation.

If the earthquake recovery operation is NO in step S26, the earthquake recovery is impossible (step S30). If an abnormality is detected in step S28, the earthquake restoration operation is stopped and the earthquake restoration is impossible (step S30).
As described above, the diagnosis operation confirmation work for the elevator after the elevator construction is completed in a short time without operating the seismic detector in the hoistway.

As described above, according to the second embodiment, after the diagnostic operation device for the elevator is operated so that the diagnosis operation can be performed, whether or not the diagnostic operation device operates correctly is confirmed by using a maintenance tool. Can be done easily and in a short time.
