Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、一般に、内部ダクト(10)及び雌螺子(22)で取囲まれた取入口(12、13)を具備するタイプの切削工具の本体基部に関連する。取入口は、ダクトへ流体を供給するためのものである。本発明では、取入口の雌螺子(22)は保持器(16)内に形成される。保持器(16)は、端部を持たない内壁(23)と底部(24)によって範囲を定められる台座(17、18)の中へ挿入される。ダクト(10)は台座の中へと連通する。本発明は、特に、ドリル本体に適用可能である。

Claims (8)
- 切屑を取除く工具の本体基部であって、
内部ダクト(10)と、
前記内部ダクトに流体を供給する、雌螺子(22)を設けられた取入口(12、13)と、を具備するものにおいて、
前記取入口(12、13)の前記雌螺子(22)は、台座(17、18)の中へ挿入される保持器(16)の内側に形成され、
前記台座(17、18)は、端部を持たない内壁(23)と底部(24)とで範囲が画定され、かつ、前記ダクト(10)に連通している、
ことを特徴とする本体基部。 - 前記保持器(16)と当該本体基部とが異なる材料で製造されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の本体基部。
- 前記保持器(16)は、鋼鉄で製造されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の本体基部。
- 中心軸(C)が伸延する方向に、エンベロープ表面(4)、前端(5)、及び、後端(6)を具備し、かつ、前記ダクト(10)が前記前端(5)から前記後端(6)に向かって内部に伸延する、ドリルの形態を持った本体基部であって、
前記保持器(16)は、前記後端(6)で開口して、かつ、前記ダクト(10)を延長するように伸延する、台座(17)の内側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の本体基部。 - 中心軸(C)が伸延する方向に、エンベロープ表面(4)、前端(5)、及び、後端(6)を具備し、かつ、前記ダクト(10)が前記前端(5)から前記後端(6)に向かって内部に伸延する、ドリルの形態を持った本体基部であって、
前記保持器(16)は、台座(18)の内側に配置されており、前記台座(18)は、前記エンベロープ表面(4)に開口して、かつ、前記ダクト(10)に対してある角度をなして伸延する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の本体基部。 - 当該本体基部は2つのダクト(10)を具備し、該2つのダクト(10)は、前記中心軸(C)から離れて設けられ、少なくとも当該本体基部の後部(1)で直径を含む面(P)内に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の本体基部。
- 前記保持器(16)は、前記2つのダクト(10)の各々の内径の間の最長距離(L)よりも小さい内径(ID2)を持ち、かつ、前記台座(17)よりも短く、前記保持器の前記内側端(20)と前記台座の前記底面(24)との間にギャップ(25)が画定されて、前記ギャップ(25)に前記ダクト(10)がその断面積全領域で連通する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の本体基部。
- 前記保持器(16)の前記内側端(20)は、前記台座(17、18)の前記底部(24)から軸方向に離れて配置されて、リング形状をなす肩部の表面(26)に押付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の本体基部。
