しかしながら、本実施の形態では、各振出孔12は、天面部6の下面から上面に向かって漸次拡開されるテーパ状の開口であるため、各振出孔12を粒子が通ろうとしたときに拡散する方向に力が働き、粒子同士がぶつかり軽く詰まったような状態になり、粒子の流出が止まる。そして、振り動作を繰り返すことにより、この流出・制止が繰り返されることになるので、何回振れば、何グラムという略定量の供給が可能となる。

この結果からも、本発明の、天面部6の下面から上面に向かって漸次拡開されるテーパ状に開口される各振出孔12の方が従来の振出孔よりも標準偏差(バラツキ)が小さく、本発明の各振出孔12では、一定の振り動作に対して略一定の振出量になることが解る。
また、表2は、110g瓶の振り出し容器2にアジシオ(登録商標)を入れ、二振り動作によるアジシオ(登録商標)の振出量を10回測定した結果を示している。

これにより、一定の振り動作による振出量を把握しておけば、調味料を添加する際、いちいち小さじ等を用いて計量しなくても良く手間が省け、非常に便利である。また、キャップ1の構造も、キャップ本体3の天面部6に上述したようなテーパ状に開口された各振出孔12を設けているだけで複雑ではないので、製造原価が高くなることもない。
