Abstract
【解決手段】A)充填剤成分中に、粒度1〜50nmを有する非凝集ナノフィラー0.5〜10質量%と、B)充填剤成分中に、平均粒度(d50値)に対する細粒と粗粒の寸法比1:4〜1:30を有する、粗粒の歯科用ガラス50〜90%と細粒の歯科用ガラス10〜50%とからの充填剤混合物少なくとも60質量%と、C)モノマー成分として、i)60〜80%のビス−GMAと、TCD−ジ−HEMA群の1つ、ii)10〜18%のUDMA、iii)残りはTEDMA及び/又は多官能性架橋剤からのモノマー混合物と、D)1%までの開始剤と、E)場合により、充填剤成分中に、前記の粗粒と細粒の歯科用ガラスとは異なる粒度を有する少なくとも1つの他の歯科用ガラスを含有し、全充填剤含有率70〜95質量%を有する歯科用コンポジット材料。

歯科用ガラス8μm(シラン化) 53質量部
モノマー:
ビス−GMA(Bowen) 11質量部
UDMA 4質量部

開始剤:
カンファーキノン 0.1質量部
合計 100.1質量部
A)充填剤成分中に、粒度1〜50nmを有する非凝集ナノフィラー0.5〜10質量%と、
B)充填剤成分中に、平均粒度(d50値)に対する細粒と粗粒の寸法比1:4〜1:30を有する、粗粒の歯科用ガラス50〜90%と細粒の歯科用ガラス10〜50%とからの充填剤混合物少なくとも60質量%と、
C)モノマー成分として、以下のi)〜iii):
i)60〜80%のビス−GMAと、TCD−ジ−HEMAもしくはTCD−ジ−HEAの群の1つ、
ii)10〜18%のUDMA、
iii)残りはTEDMA及び/又は多官能性架橋剤
からのモノマー混合物と、
D)1%までの開始剤と、
E)場合により、充填剤成分中に、前記の粗粒と細粒の歯科用ガラスとは異なる粒度を有する少なくとも1つの他の歯科用ガラス

Claims (4)
- 全充填剤含有率70〜95質量%を有し、
A)充填剤成分中に、粒度1〜50nmを有する非凝集ナノフィラー0.5〜10質量%と、
B)充填剤成分中に、平均粒度(d50値)に対する細粒と粗粒の寸法比1:4〜1:30を有する、粗粒の歯科用ガラス50〜90%と細粒の歯科用ガラス10〜50%とからの充填剤混合物少なくとも60質量%と、
C)モノマー成分として、以下のi)〜iii):
i)60〜80質量%のビス−GMAと、TCD−ジ−HEMAもしくはTCD−ジ−HEAの群の1つ、
ii)10〜18質量%のUDMA、
iii)残りはTEDMA及び/又は多官能性架橋剤
からのモノマー混合物と、
D)1質量%までの開始剤と、
E)場合により、充填剤成分中に、前記の粗粒と細粒の歯科用ガラスとは異なる粒度を有する少なくとも1つの他の歯科用ガラスと
を含有する歯科用コンポジット材料であって、全組成物中のTCDモノマーの割合が、1〜15質量%であり、かつ屈曲強さ/収縮歪みの商が≧35であることを特徴とする歯科用コンポジット材料。 - 請求項1に記載の歯科用コンポジット材料であって、全組成物中のTCDモノマーの割合が、10〜15質量%であることを特徴とする歯科用コンポジット材料。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用コンポジット材料であって、屈曲強さ/収縮歪みの商が≧40であることを特徴とする歯科用コンポジット材料。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用コンポジット材料であって、屈曲強さ/収縮歪みの商が≧50であることを特徴とする歯科用コンポジット材料。
