Abstract
【解決手段】光ディスク101は、グルーブトラックに記録を行うタイプの光ディスクであり、光ディスク107はランドトラックに記録を行うタイプの光ディスクである。各光ディスク101,107は、コントロールデータ領域102,108と、ユーザデータを記録するデータ記録領域103,109とを備えている。何れの光ディスク101,107においても、コントロールデータ領域102,108には、何れのトラックにトラッキングサーボをかけるべきかを示すコードが記録されている。

[実施の形態の概要]
実施の形態の概要を以下に説明する。
Claims (4)
- データ記録領域とコントロールデータ領域を備え、これら領域の記録層におけるグルーブトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体であって、
トラックのウォブリングを開始する方向が、ランドトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体とは再生方向に対して逆向きに形成されていることを特徴とする情報記録媒体。 - データ記録領域とコントロールデータ領域を備え、これら領域の記録層におけるランドトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体であって、
トラックのウォブリングを開始する方向が、グルーブトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体とは再生方向に対して逆向きに形成されていることを特徴とする情報記録媒体。 - データ記録領域とコントロールデータ領域を備えた情報記録媒体における記録層のランドトラック及びグルーブトラックの何れかへの情報の記録及び前記何れかのトラックに記録された情報の再生の少なくとも一方を行う情報記録再生方法であって、
前記情報記録媒体は、前記グルーブトラックもしくは前記ランドトラックのいずれにトラッキングサーボをかけるかを示すコードが格納されており、
前記コードを再生するステップと、
ランドトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体と、グルーブトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体とでは、トラックのウォブリングを開始する方向が再生方向に対して逆向きに形成された情報記録媒体の情報の記録再生を行うステップと、
を有することを特徴とする情報記録再生方法。 - 再生された前記コードに基づいて、前記トラッキングサーボをグルーブトラック、もしくはランドトラックに切り替えるステップを有する請求項3に記載の記録再生方法、及びコンピュータプログラム、及び前記プログラムを格納した情報記録再生装置。
