Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency in work, by reducing manpower work, when lifting-lowering materials by using a temporary scaffold at a construction site.
SOLUTION: A driving part incorporated with a motor is arranged on the ground, and a pulley is arranged in a scaffold vertical frame of a stage of trying to take a cargo of an elevated spot. A rope ladder-shaped wire with a hook is circulated between this driving part and the pulley, and materials are successively hooked on the hook, and are lifted and lowered. The wire is doubled at a specific interval (about 200 mm), and is connected by a thin pipe at an equal interval, to be formed in a rope ladder shape. A groove for fitting this pipe is applied to the pulley such as the driving part and a cargo taking part of the elevated spot, and rotation is surely transmitted to the wire. A fixed pulley with a spring for preventing sagging is also installed in the driving part.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a technique of a method for lifting and lowering materials and the like using a temporary scaffold at a construction site.

At present, temporary scaffolding materials are lifted and lowered by hand by human power placed at each stage or every second stage of the scaffolding. This causes severe fatigue of the workers, and the number of people is also required at high altitudes.
Although a crane is sometimes used, the cost is high, and it is difficult to perform a detailed response such as the subsequent lifting and unloading of insufficient materials and surplus materials. In addition, it is not the best policy in terms of securing installation space, safety and work efficiency.
When lifting and lowering with a winch, the worker's waiting time is long and inefficient. On the site where there is no temporary elevator or permanent crane, the winch is used to lift and lower building materials.

Reduce manpower work and increase the efficiency of material unloading work.
Eliminate the use of cranes, reduce construction costs and improve workability.

Connect the ground and the high-rise part (3 steps or more) of the temporary scaffolding with a wire on an endless track, use the power of the motor to circulate the wire, hook the material on the hook one after another, and lift the material down To do.

The number of workers is the same as when the second stage is formed, no matter how high the workers are, and the worker's fatigue can be considerably reduced.
Since the material is hung up and down one after another, there is no waiting time for workers and work efficiency is good.
Because the installation space is small, it can be installed at any site (especially remodeling).
Even in high places where normal cranes are used, it is possible to lift and lower materials as needed and to lift and lower missing materials and remaining materials at any time by making models for high places by increasing motor power and strengthening wire strength. Great improvement can be achieved.
It can also be applied to building materials other than scaffolding materials.
The above effects can be expected to reduce costs and shorten the construction period.

A drive unit with a built-in motor will be installed on the ground, and a pulley will be installed on the scaffolding frame of the step to be loaded at a high place. A rope ladder-like wire with a hook is circulated between the drive unit and the pulley, and materials are hooked on the hook one after another for lifting and lowering.
Wires are doubled at regular intervals (about 200 mm), and are connected by thin pipes at regular intervals (about 200 mm) to form a rope ladder.
A groove that fits this pipe is provided on the pulley such as the drive unit and the high load take-up unit to reliably transmit the rotation of the motor to the wire, and to prevent the pulley and the wire from slipping.
A spring and a fixed pulley are attached to the drive unit to prevent sagging.
By attaching “wire pressers” that can be easily attached and detached to both ends of the pipe at regular intervals (every 1,800 to 2,000 mm), the extension wire can be inserted and removed, and corresponds to each level. At this time, by making the pulley with spring for preventing the slack movable, the extension wire can be inserted every two levels.
Hooks through which the connecting shafts are passed through the hollow pipes of different stages are attached at the same interval (every 1,800 to 2,000 mm). In addition, using this hook, we will develop an attachment that allows various materials to be safely hooked so that it can be easily detached.
A remote control switch or automatic stop device is used to stop at the time of hooking or unloading at regular intervals (every 1,800 to 2,000 mm).
