Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス板の表面に導電膜12が形成された窓ガラス11における導電膜12に接続されるための端子構造体10であって、窓ガラス11の端部側面に当接する当接部1と、これに連設され窓ガラス11の主表面に沿って延びる突出部2a及び2bとからなる接合部5と、接合部5の当接部1に連設された端子部3とを有し、端子部3は、窓ガラス11の厚さ方向における接合部5の幅Wに重なるように設けられており、接合部5の少なくとも一部は導電膜12と接合し、導電膜12と端子部3とを電気的に接続するもの。

Claims (12)
- 板状体の表面に導電膜が形成された導電機能付板状体の前記導電膜に接続されるための端子構造体であって、
前記導電機能付板状体の端部側面に当接する当接部と該当接部に連設され前記導電機能付板状体の主表面に沿って延びる突出部とからなる接合部と、該接合部の前記当接部に連設された端子部とを有し、
前記端子部は、前記板状体の厚さ方向における前記接合部の幅に重なるように設けられており、
前記接合部の少なくとも一部は前記導電膜と接合し、該導電膜と前記端子部とを電気的に接続する
ことを特徴とする導電機能付板状体の端子構造体。 - 前記端子構造体は、銅又は銅合金からなり、前記当接部及び前記突出部の厚さはそれぞれ0.8乃至1.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電機能付板状体の端子構造体。
- 前記当接部と前記突出部とで断面L字状の前記接合部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の導電機能付板状体の端子構造体。
- 前記突出部は2つあり、該2つの突出部と前記当接部とで断面U字状の前記接合部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の導電機能付板状体の端子構造体。
- 前記2つの突出部相互間の間隔は、前記導電機能付板状体の厚さと同じか又はこれよりも広く、前記2つの突出部で前記導電機能付板状体の端部を挟持するように装着されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の導電機能付板状体の端子構造体。
- 面方向に沿って移動する板状体と、該板状体の表面に形成された導電膜と、前記導電膜に接続された端子構造体とを有する導電機能付板状体であって、
前記端子構造体は、
前記板状体の端部側面に当接する当接部と該当接部に連設され前記板状体の主表面に沿って延びる突出部とからなる接合部と、該接合部の前記当接部に連設された端子部とを有し、
前記端子部は、前記板状体の厚さに重なるように設けられており、
前記接合部の少なくとも一部は、前記導電膜と接合し、該導電膜と前記端子部とを電気的に接続している
ことを特徴とする導電機能付板状体。 - 少なくとも前記端子構造体の接合部と該接合部近傍の前記板状体の表面とが絶縁樹脂で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の導電機能付板状体。
- 前記絶縁樹脂は、アクリル樹脂及び/又はウレタン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の導電機能付板状体。
- 前記絶縁樹脂は、カバー部材をなすアクリル樹脂と、該カバー部材と前記接合部分との隙間に充填されたウレタン樹脂とからなることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の導電機能付板状体。
- 前記導電機能付板状体は、自動車に開閉可能に取り付けられる窓ガラスであり、前記端子構造体は、前記窓ガラスの端部に装着され、前記自動車の車体内に格納されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の導電機能付板状体。
- 前記導電膜は、発熱体、割れ検出センサの導電体及び挟み込み検出センサの導電体のうちの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項10記載の導電機能付板状体。
- 前記発熱体及び前記割れ検出センサの導電体は、前記窓ガラスの主表面に形成され、前記挟み込み検出センサの導電体は、前記窓ガラスの端部側面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の導電機能付板状体。
