Abstract
【解決手段】ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100重量部に対し、平均粒径40〜200nmの架橋されたゴム粒子であるポリマーゲルを10重量部以上50重量部以下、及び、平均粒径10〜1000μmの植物性粒状体を10重量部超40重量部以下、含有するタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物である。前記ポリマーゲルは、トルエン膨潤指数Qiが16未満であり、ガラス転移点が−90〜−25℃であることが好ましい。

Description
・ブタジエンゴム:宇部興産株式会社製「BR150B」、
・シリカ:株式会社トクヤマ製「トクシールUSG−SL」、
・シランカップリング剤:デグサ製「Si75」、
・オイル:JOMO製「プロセスNC140」。
・ポリマーゲル2:ラインケミー社製「マイクロモフMm3B」(スチレンブタジエンゴムをベースするゴムゲル、平均粒径=60nm、トルエン膨潤指数Qi=5.9、ゲル含量=97重量%、Tg=−60℃、ヒドロキシブチルメタクリレートによる変性品)、
・植物性粒状体:胡桃殻粉砕物(日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリップ#46」にRFL処理液で表面処理を施したもの。処理後の植物性粒状体の平均粒径は300μm(島津製作所製の粒度分布測定装置「SALD−2000A」により測定))。
Claims (4)
- ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100重量部に対し、平均粒径40〜200nmの架橋されたゴム粒子であるポリマーゲルを10重量部以上50重量部以下、及び、平均粒径10〜1000μmの植物性粒状体を10重量部超40重量部以下、含有するタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリマーゲルは、トルエン膨潤指数Qiが16未満であり、ガラス転移点が−90〜−25℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリマーゲルはC=C二重結合を含有するものであり、かつ、C=C二重結合に対する反応性を有する化合物で変性されたものである請求項1又は2記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物からなるトレッドを備えた空気入りタイヤ。
