Abstract

【課題】 高出力のＬＥＤが量産されるようになり、照明用ＬＥＤランプとして実用化が進んでいることで、ＬＥＤを容易に調光させたいという要望が高まっている。
【解決手段】 照明用ＬＥＤモジュールを光源とし、放熱フィンを兼ねた筐体で電球形状に形成し、白熱電球用の口金を用いたＬＥＤランプで、位相制御方式のＬＥＤ調光器で外部調光可能な小型電源を内蔵した調光タイプ電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプを完成させた。これにより従来の白熱電球に比較して省エネで寿命が長く、電球形の口金を装着したことによって簡単に取付け可能となり、幅広い利用が可能となった。

Description

本発明は、ＬＥＤ調光器で外部から調光可能な小型電源を内蔵した口金付の調光タイプ電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプに関する。
高出力のＬＥＤは発光効率の改善が進み、年々明るさが増加し、照明用ＬＥＤランプへの応用も進みつつある。これらの高出力ＬＥＤを照明用として見た場合、ＬＥＤ単体では電球や蛍光灯と比較して明らかに光量が不足している。したがってＬＥＤを集合したり独自な形状の照明器具として光源を作り、調光に対応しているものが殆どであった。

高出力のＬＥＤが量産されているようになり、照明用ＬＥＤランプとして実用化が進んでいることでＬＥＤを容易に調光させたいという要求が高まってきている。
発明者は白熱電球に近いＬＥＤランプを実現するため鋭意研究を重ねた結果本発明に到達したものであって、本発明は照明用ＬＥＤモジュールを使用して電球形照明用ランプに位相制御方式ＬＥＤ調光器で外部調光できる小型電源を内蔵させることを特徴としたものである。
従来の白熱電球の調光器にＬＥＤランプを接続した場合は連続的な調光ができないためＬＥＤの特性に合わせた調光カーブを持った位相制御方式のＬＥＤ調光器に対応する小型内蔵電源が必要となった。
本発明は新たに開発した小型調光対応電源を口金付ＬＥＤランプに内蔵したことでＬＥＤランプ単体と調光器の組合せから室内に配置した複数個の調光タイプ電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプを１台のＬＥＤ調光器で連続的な調光制御が可能となったものである。
本発明は、電球形照明用ランプの特徴を生かし、さらに内蔵する小型電源を位相制御方式のＬＥＤ調光器に対応させたことで室内照明に必要な調光可能な電球形ＬＥＤ照明用ランプが実現できた。本発明はこれによって照明分野においてより幅広い用途が期待され、その利用効果は特に著しい。
添付図面により本発明の実施するための最良の形態を説明すると、図１は本発明の電球形ＬＥＤランプの全形を示す側面図であり、図２は組立分解された詳細図である。図において、（１）は拡散レンズ、（２）は照明用ＬＥＤモジュール、（３）は放熱フインを設けた筐体の一部であって、（５）の電源フードと接続して電球形状を形成する。（４）は図３で詳記する小型電源である。（６）は電球形の口金を示し、（７）は放熱フインを設けた筐体の一部であって前記（３），（５）と共に電球の外側を形成する。従ってこれらが組立てられて図１の電球形ＬＥＤランプＡが形成される。図示においては、（１）に拡散レンズを用いているが、これは平板でもよく、また口金の種類もＥ２６／Ｅ１７といずれでもよく、これまでの白熱電球用の照明器具に簡単に取付けることができる。
図３は前記小型電源（３）の平面構造図であり、図４は同側面図を示している。この小型電源（３）は図示されているように電力用変成器（Ｔ１），チョークコイル（Ｌ２），ダイオード（Ｄ２），フィルムコンデンサー（Ｃ１），（Ｃ２），電解コンデンサー（Ｃ５），ＩＣ等から構成されている。そして図中のＷ３，Ｗ４はＤＣ出力側のコード，Ｗ１，Ｗ２はＡＣ入力側のコードを示している。そしてこれらはプリント基板上に配置され、全体として図示されているように直径３４ｍ／ｍと小型に納められている。
図５，図６は外部ＬＥＤ調光器と小型電源（３）との調光関係を示す説明図である。調光動作は調光器入力電圧波形（Ｓｉｍ波）の導通角を制御して調光する。ＬＥＤ電源は入力電圧の導通角に比例した直流電流を出力する。
本発明の電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプは、図１及び図２に示すようにＥ２６／Ｅ１７とすることで、これまでの白熱電球用の照明器具に簡単に取付けることができる。そして白熱電球と同等の光量でありながら約４０倍（４万時間）の寿命が期待できること、電源を含めた消費電力が約４Ｗと従来の電球に比較して１／５の省エネＬＥＤランプである。
さらに外部に設置した位相制御方式のＬＥＤ専用調光器を介したＡＣ１００Ｖラインに接続することで室内照明を調光対応のＬＥＤ照明とすることができるばかりか、内蔵する小型電源を位相制御方式の調光器に対応させることで室内照明で必要な調光可能な電球形ＬＥＤ照明用ランプを実現することができた。
上述のように本発明の電球形ＬＥＤ照明用ランプは、白熱電球に比較して省エネで寿命が長く、しかも各色調の電球が採用できるため、室内照明用としてはもとより装飾用としても利用できる。そして電球形であるため簡単に取付け可能であって従来どおりの照明分野において幅広い利用が期待できる。

Claims (3)

  1. 照明用ＬＥＤモジュールを光源とし、放熱フインを兼ねた筐体で電球形状に形成し、白熱電球用の口金を用いたＬＥＤランプであって、位相制御方式ＬＥＤ調光器で外部調光可能な小型電源を内蔵した調光タイプ電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプ。
  2. 請求項１に記載の電球内に内蔵されている小型電源は、電力用変成器、チョークコイル、ダイオード、フィルムコンデンサー、電解コンデンサー、ＩＣ等から構成されており、外部に設けたＬＥＤ調光器によって電源を得る請求項１に記載の調光タイプの電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプ。
  3. 電球形状をした口金はＥ２６／Ｅ１７とすることを特徴とした請求項１に記載の調光タイプ電球形照明用ＬＥＤランプ。
