Claims (7)
- 感応材料を保存するためのシステムであって、
該システムは、複数の、持ち運び可能なコンテナーと、コンテナー内部コンディショニング装置と、を備え、
上記コンテナーのそれぞれは、
吸気ポートと、
排気ポートと、
上記コンテナーの内部を外部から密閉する手段と、を備え、
上記コンテナー内部コンディショニング装置は、加圧下、上記吸気ポートを介して上記コンテナーの一つに不活性ガスを注入するように構成され、そして上記排気ポートから放出されるガスを分析及びモニターするように構成され、さらにコンテナーから放出されたガスの望ましいコンディションを検出した際、さらなるガスが上記吸気ポートを介して注入されることを中断させるように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 上記コンディショニング装置は、排気ガスの内容物をモニターするためのガス分析若しくは検出システムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 上記ガス分析若しくは検出システムは、排気ガスの酸素含有量をモニターするため適用され、上記排気ガスにおける酸素濃度を検出するための酸素センサーを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシステム。
- 上記ガス分析若しくは検出システムは、排気ガスの水蒸気の含有量をモニターするため適用され、上記排気ガスにおける水蒸気濃度を検出するための水蒸気センサーを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシステム。
- 上記コンテナーを加圧状態に保持するため、上記コンテナー内に充分な量のパージガスを注入する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 感応材料を保存するための方法であって、
壁部に吸気ポート及び排気ポートを有するガス不浸透性のコンテナー内に上記材料を配する工程と、
上記ボックスを外気に対して密閉する工程と、
パージガス装置から上記吸気ポートを介してパージガスを注入する工程と、
上記パージガス装置に配置された手段により上記排気ガスのパラメータをモニターする工程と、
上記パラメータの値が所望のレベルに到達した時点を検出する工程と、
一旦当該レベルに達したら上記パージガスの注入を終了する工程と、を備える方法。 - 上記パージガスの注入を終了した後、上記コンテナーを、外気より僅かに高い圧力で加圧された状態に保つため、上記コンテナー内の圧力を解放することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
