Claims (10)
- 誘導器を形成する方法であって、
第一内部周縁を定めるよう、中心軸から第一距離で径方向に離間される第一の複数の伝導性ビアを基板の内部に形成するステップを含み、
第二内部周縁を定めるよう、前記中心軸から第二距離で径方向に離間される第二の複数の伝導性ビアを前記基板内に形成するステップを含み、前記第二距離は、前記第一距離よりも大きく、
外部周縁を定めるよう、前記中心軸から第三距離で径方向に離間される第三の複数の伝導性ビアを前記基板内に形成するステップを含み、前記第三距離は、前記第二距離よりも大きく、
前記中心軸に対して直交して定められる第一平面の内部に配置される第一の複数の伝導性トレースを形成するステップを含み、前記第一の複数の伝導性トレースは、前記第一及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの実質的に径方向に隣接するものの間に電気接続を形成し、
前記第一平面内に配置される第二の複数の伝導性トレースを形成するステップを含み、前記第二の複数の伝導性トレースは、前記第二及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの実質的に径方向に隣接するもののの間に電気接続を形成し、
前記第一及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの円周方向に偏心されるものの間に電気接続を定めるよう、前記第一平面から離間され且つ前記中心軸に対して直交して定められる第二平面の内部に配置される第三の複数の伝導性トレースを形成するステップを含み、
三次元トロイダルコイルを定めるために、前記第二及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの円周方向に偏心されるものの間に電気接続を定めるよう、前記第二平面内に配置される第四の複数の伝導性トレースを形成するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記トロイダルコイルが前記基板内に少なくとも部分的に埋設される一体型基板構造を形成するよう、前記基板及び前記トロイダルコイルを焼成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基板の少なくとも他の部分と異なる少なくとも1つの電気特性を有する材料の、前記トロイダルコイル内に定められる、前記基板の少なくともトロイド形状コア領域を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一体型基板構造を形成するために、前記基板及び前記材料を同時焼成するステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第一内部周縁を定めるよう、基板内に形成され且つ中心軸から第一距離で半径方向に離間される第一の複数の伝導性ビアを含み、
第二内部周縁を定めるよう、前記基板内に形成され且つ前記中心軸から第二距離で半径方向に離間される第二の複数の伝導性ビアを含み、前記第二距離は、前記第一距離よりも大きく、
外部周縁を定めるよう、前記基板の内部に形成され且つ前記中心軸から第三距離で径方向に離間される第三の複数の伝導性ビアを含み、前記第三距離は、前記第二距離よりも大きく、
前記中心軸に対して直角に定められる第一平面の内部に配置される第一の複数の伝導性トレースを含み、該第一の複数の伝導性トレースは、前記第一及び第三の伝導性ビアの実質的に径方向に隣接するものの間に電気接続を形成し、
前記第一平面に配置される第二の複数の伝導性トレースを含み、該第二の複数の伝導性トレースは、前記第二及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの実質的に径方向に隣接するものの間に電気接続を形成し、
前記第一及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの円周方向に偏心されるものの間に電気接続を定めるよう、前記第一平面から離間され且つ前記中心軸に対して直角に定められる第二平面に配置される第三の複数の伝導性トレースを含み、
三次元トロイダルコイルを定めるために、前記第二及び第三の複数の伝導性ビアの円周方向に偏心されるものの間に電気接続を定めるよう、前記第二平面に配置される第四の複数の伝導性トレースを含む、
誘導器。 - 前記基板、前記伝導性ビア、及び、前記伝導性トレースは、前記トロイダルコイルが少なくとも部分的に前記基板内に埋設される一体型基板構造を含む、請求項5に記載の誘導器。
- 前記トロイダルコイル内に定められる、前記基板の少なくともトロイド形状コア領域は、前記基板の少なくとも他の部分と異なる少なくとも1つの電気特性を有する材料を含む、請求項5に記載の誘導器。
- 前記材料は、前記基板と一体である、請求項7に記載の誘導器。
- 基板と、
該基板内に定められるトロイダルコア領域と、
該トロイダルコア領域の周りに形成される第一の複数の回と、前記トロイダルコア領域の周りに形成される第二の複数の回とを含むトロイダルコイルとを含み、
前記第二の複数の回は、前記第一の複数の回によって定められる断面積よりも大きい断面積を定める、
トロイダル誘導器。 - 前記基板及び前記トロイダルコイルは、前記トロイダル子コイルが前記基板内に少なくとも部分的に埋設される一体型基板構造を含む、請求項9に記載のトロイダル誘導器。
