Claims (33)
- 長手軸を具えた近位シャフト部と、真っ直ぐな形状から70°以上曲がる単純曲線に内部で動作するよう構成された近位区間と前記単純曲線と逆方向に且つ面外に曲がる複雑曲線を形成するよう予成形された中間区間と遠位区間とを具えた遠位シャフト部と、を有する細長く柔軟な一体型のカテーテル本体と、
前記遠位区間に担持された少なくとも1の動作部品と、
を具えることを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも1の動作部品が組織切除部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記切除部品が、直線状の組織切除部品であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも1の動作部品が診断部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- さらに、前記近位区間を内部で動かして前記単純曲線を形成するよう動作可能な操作機構を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位区間が、外部から力が加わらないときに前記単純曲線を形成するよう予成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記単純曲線が偏心しており前記単純曲線の頂部で最小となる曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記単純曲線が、90°以上曲がることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記単純曲線が、135°以上曲がることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記単純曲線が、180°未満曲がることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位区間が、放射線不透過性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複雑曲線が、前記単純曲線の面に突き出した場合に少なくとも90°曲がる近位曲線を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複雑曲線が、前記単純曲線の面に突き出した場合に90°から135°の範囲に曲がる近位曲線を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複雑曲線が、前記長手軸に対して垂直な面に突き出した場合に60°から120°の範囲に曲がる遠位曲線を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複雑曲線が、前記長手軸に対して垂直な面に突き出した場合に略90°に曲がる遠位曲線を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位区間が、前記カテーテル本体の遠位先端部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位区間が、実質的に真っ直ぐであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位区間が、前記近位シャフト部の長手軸方向から離れる方に向いた頂部を有する単純曲線を形成するよう予成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記単純曲線の最小曲率半径が1.25から2.50センチメートルの範囲にあり、前記複雑曲線の最小曲率半径が1.25から3.75センチメートルの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位区間が2.50から6.50センチメートルの範囲の長さを有し、前記中間区間が0.50から2.00センチメートルの範囲の長さを有し、前記遠位区間が0.50から2.00センチメートルの範囲の長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位シャフト部が、前記近位シャフト部と前記遠位シャフト部の前記近位区間との間に実質的にまっすぐなシャフト遷移区間を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位シャフト部及び前記シャフト遷移区間が、同一線上にあることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のカテーテル。
- 長手軸を具えた近位シャフト部と、内部で動作して解剖学的血管の開口に頂部を挿入可能な単純曲線を形成するよう構成された近位区間と前記単純曲線と逆方向に曲がる曲線を形成するよう予成形された中間区間と前記単純曲線の前記頂部を前記血管口に挿入したときに前記血管口に対して非放射状の関係で置かれるよう構成された遠位区間とを具えた遠位シャフト部と、を有する細長く柔軟な一体型のカテーテル本体と、
前記遠位区間に担持された少なくとも1の動作部品であって、前記単純曲線の前記頂部を前記血管口に挿入したときに前記血管口の近くの組織にしっかりと接触するよう構成された動作部品と、
を具えることを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも1の動作部品が組織切除部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記切除部品が、直線状又は曲線状の組織切除部品であることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも1の動作部品が診断部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- さらに、前記近位区間を内部で動かして前記単純曲線を形成するよう動作可能な操作機構を具えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位区間が、外部から力が加わらないときに前記単純曲線を形成するよう予成形されていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位区間が、放射線不透過性であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位区間が、前記カテーテル本体の遠位先端部を形成することを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記非放射状関係が、実質的に接線関係であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記非放射状関係が、前記接線に対して−30°から30°の範囲内にある斜めの関係であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記血管が成人の肺静脈であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のカテーテル。
