Abstract
Description
また、連結用ニップルとは反対側では、コネクタ本体におねじを備えて、他の、連続するラインや他の被連結装置と連結可能にしている。
図2に示すように、組み付け状態では、コネクタソケット4内にシール部15が配置されており、そして、コネクタハウジング6をコネクタソケット4に関する位置に固定している。このため、移動止め指状部材16、17、18の頭部23、24が肩部12の後方の位置にスナップするまで、コネクタソケット4の取付け用開口部9内に移動止め指状部材16、17、18を挿入させる。これによって、コネクタプラグ5の区間8(これは、延長部としても参照可)がコネクタハウジング6の通路用開口部19内に装着されて、この通路用開口部19を通って、コネクタソケット4の取付け用開口部9内まで進ませるようにする。この操作は、図3に示されている。このようにすることで、延長部又は区間8は、区間8の外側の円周面と、縁部の内側の円周面の間に形成される隙間内に、移動止め指状部材16、17、18を固定させる。これらの頭部23、24が肩部12の後方で係止されるので、コネクタソケット4からコネクタハウジング6の引抜きが防がれる。
さらに、上記区間8は、シール部15を径方向に圧縮して、これによって、洩れのない流体接続を達成する。
Claims (17)
- 特に加圧流体用の経路(2、3)に用いるコネクタ装置(1)であって、コネクタソケット(4)、コネクタプラグ(5)、コネクタハウジング(6)を有し、
前記コネクタソケット(4)は、流体経路(10)の端部側に取付け用開口部(9)を有して、この取付け用開口部に内側に向かう肩部(12)を備え、
前記コネクタプラグ(5)は、流体経路(37)を含む管状の延長部(8)を有し、この延長部を前記取付け用開口部(9)内に挿入可能にして、この外側の円周面によって前記肩部(12)と隙間を定め、
前記コネクタハウジング(6)は、前記コネクタプラグ(5)を挿入させる通路用開口部(19)を有し、前記コネクタプラグ(5)を前記コネクタハウジング(6)内で軸方向に固定する固定手段(35)を備え、さらに、前記コネクタソケット(4)と面する正面側に少なくとも一つの移動止め部材(16、17、18)を備えて、前記コネクタソケット(4)と対に作用させることを特徴とするコネクタ装置。 - 前記移動止め部材(16、17、18)は、少なくとも一つの移動止め指状部材(16、17、18)に関し、この自由端部上に、前記隙間の径方向の幅よりも大きな径方向の厚さを有する係止用の突出部(23、24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記コネクタハウジング(6)は、プラスチック材料を用いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記移動止め指状部材(16、17、18)は、前記コネクタハウジング(6)と一体の部品として接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記コネクタハウジング(6)は、複数の移動止め指状部材(16、17、18)を有し、これらは前記コネクタハウジング(6)から軸方向に延びて、前記通路用開口部(19)の周りに分配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 解放状態では、径方向に延びる移動止め指状部材(16、17、18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 解放状態では、前記通路用開口部(19)の中心軸(13)に向って傾斜する移動止め指状部材(16、17、18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記肩部(12)は当接面(25、26)を有し、これらを前記取付け用開口部(19)の中心軸(13)に対して直角で向わせたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記肩部(12)は当接面(25、26)を有し、これらを前記取付け用開口部(19)の中心軸(13)に対して鋭角で向わせたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記肩部(12)は、環状の肩部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記隙間は、環状の隙間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記固定手段(35)はスナップリングであり、前記コネクタプラグ(5)に備えられた径方向の突出部(39)と対に作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記スナップリングは、前記通路用開口部(19)内の環状の溝(29)に適用されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記環状の溝(29)は、大きな直径の溝の区間(32)と小さな直径の軸方向にオフセットされた区間(33)を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 傾斜状の装着面(36)を有するスナップリング(35)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記コネクタハウジング(6)と前記コネクタプラグ(5)は、ともに隙間を定めて、リリーススリーブを挿入可能にしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
- 前記コネクタソケット(4)は、シール部(15)の取付けスペースを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。
