Claims (49)
- 流体試料から検体を抽出及び精製する、現場での使用に適応化された手で持てる携帯型の抽出装置において、
当該抽出装置に流体試料を取り込む取込み器と、
上記取り込まれた流体試料から検体を抽出及び精製する精製器とを備える抽出装置。 - 上記取込み器は、試料回収チャンバと、プランジャと、ピペットチップとを有する注射器状デバイスを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体試料から固体の破片を分離する分離手段を更に備える請求項2記載の抽出装置。
- 上記分離手段は、1つ以上のフィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の抽出装置。
- 上記精製器は、精製チップを備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の抽出装置。
- 上記精製チップを介する上記流体試料の流体フローを調整する調整手段を更に備える請求項5記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体試料は、水ベースの試料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抽出装置。
- 上記検体は、核酸であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抽出装置。
- 流体試料から検体を抽出及び精製する手で持てる携帯型の抽出装置において、
a.当該抽出装置に流体試料を取り込む取込み手段と、
b.上記流体試料から検体を抽出及び精製する抽出/精製手段と、
c.上記流体試料を上記取込み手段から抽出/精製手段に供給する供給手段と、
d.上記抽出/精製手段を介する上記流体試料の流体フローを調整する調整手段とを備える抽出装置。 - 上記取込み手段は、試料回収チャンバと、プランジャと、ピペットチップとを有する注射器状デバイスを備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記調整手段は、上記プランジャに接続されたスプリングを備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の抽出装置。
- 上記調整手段は、ポンプ、モータ又はCO2圧キャニスタからなるグループのうちの1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、水ベースの試料であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、体液試料であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、環境流体試料であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記検体は、核酸であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記検体は、アミノ分析用の検体であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記取込み手段及び上記供給手段に接続され、上記流体ベースの試料から固体の破片を分離する分離手段を更に備える請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記分離手段は、1つ以上のフィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項18記載の抽出装置。
- 上記取込み手段は、1つ以上の逆止め弁と、排出管とを備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記抽出/精製手段は、精製チップを備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の抽出装置。
- 上記精製チップは、それぞれが酸化シリコンによってコーティングされた複数のピラーを含むことを特徴とする請求項21記載の抽出装置。
- 上記複数のピラーの密度構成は、傾斜を形成することを特徴とする請求項22記載の抽出装置。
- 上記抽出/精製手段は、精製チップと、該精製チップへ/からのマイクロ流体経路とを含むチップブロックを備えることを特徴とする請求項21記載の抽出装置。
- 上記チップブロックは、当該抽出装置から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項24記載の抽出装置。
- 手で持てる携帯型の抽出装置において、
a.当該抽出装置に流体ベースの試料を取り込む注射器状デバイスと、
b.上記試料から検体を抽出及び精製する精製チップと、
c.上記注射器状デバイスから精製チップに上記試料を供給する流体経路と、
d.上記精製チップを介する上記流体試料の流体フローを調整する流体フロー調整器とを備える抽出装置。 - 上記注射器状デバイスは、試料回収チャンバと、プランジャと、ピペットチップとを有することを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体フロー調整器は、上記プランジャに接続されたスプリングを備えることを特徴とする請求項27記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体フロー調整器は、ポンプ、モータ又はCO2圧キャニスタからなるグループのうちの1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項27記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、水ベースの試料であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、体液試料であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、環境流体試料であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記検体は、核酸であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記検体は、アミノ分析用の検体であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記注射器状デバイス及び上記流体フロー調整器に連結され、上記流体ベースの試料から固体の破片を分離する分離器を更に備える請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記分離器は、1つ以上のフィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項35記載の抽出装置。
- 上記流体経路は、1つ以上の逆止め弁と、排出管とを備えることを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記精製チップは、それぞれが酸化シリコンによってコーティングされた複数のピラーを含むことを特徴とする請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記複数のピラーの密度構成は、傾斜を形成することを特徴とする請求項38記載の抽出装置。
- 精製チップと、該精製チップへ/からのマイクロ流体経路とを含むチップブロックを更に備える請求項26記載の抽出装置。
- 上記チップブロックは、当該抽出装置から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項40記載の抽出装置。
- 現場で試料を準備する試料準備方法において、
a.手で持てる携帯型の抽出装置に流体ベースの試料を取り込む工程と、
b.上記抽出装置内で、流体経路を介して精製チップに試料を供給する工程と、
c.上記精製チップを介する上記流体試料の流体フローを調整する工程と、
d.上記流体試料から検体を抽出及び精製する工程とを有する試料準備方法。 - 上記抽出装置から核酸を含む精製チップを取り外す工程を更に有する請求項42記載の試料準備方法。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、水ベースの試料であることを特徴とする請求項42記載の試料準備方法。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、体液試料であることを特徴とする請求項42記載の試料準備方法。
- 上記流体ベースの試料は、環境流体試料であることを特徴とする請求項42記載の試料準備方法。
- 上記検体は、核酸であることを特徴とする請求項42記載の試料準備方法。
- 上記検体は、アミノ分析用の検体であることを特徴とする請求項42記載の試料準備方法。
