Claims (14)
- 車両のためのボールジョイントであって、
壁(7)と底面(8)と開口(9)とを有したケーシング(4)と、
ジョイントボール(1)とジャーナル(2)とを有していて、ジョイントボール(1)で回転可能かつ旋回可能にケーシング(4)に支承されていて、開口(9)を通ってケーシング(4)から外方に延びているボールジャーナル(3)と、
ケーシング(4)に配置されている電子的な構成素子(14)と、
構成素子(14)に電気的に接続されている、ケーシング(4)内に配置された導電的な接続部(17)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
導電的な接続部(17)が構成素子(14)から出て、開口(9)の領域で、または開口(9)を通って、ケーシング(4)から外部へと延びていることを特徴とする、自動車のためのボールジョイント。 - 底面(8)が、閉じられていて、かつ壁(7)と一体的に形成されている、請求項1記載のボールジョイント。
- 開口(9)が底面(8)の反対側に位置していて、構成素子(14)がジョイントボール(1)と底面(8)との間に配置されていて、導電的な接続部(17)が、少なくとも所定の区分で、ジョイントボール(1)と壁(7)との間で延びている、請求項1又は2記載のボールジョイント。
- ケーシング(4)に、ジョイントボール(1)を収容するボールシェル(5)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のボールジョイント。
- 導電的な接続部(17)が、少なくとも所定の区分で、ボールシェル(5)と壁(7)との間で延びている、請求項4記載のボールジョイント。
- ボールシェル(5)に、ケーシング(4)内に配置された、構成素子(14)を支持する構成素子ホルダ(15)が固定されている、請求項4又は5記載のボールジョイント。
- 壁(7)に、開口(9)を取り囲む、リング状の閉鎖部材(10)が固定されていて、該閉鎖部材(10)が貫通開口(20)を有していて、この開口(20)を通って導電的な接続部(17)が延びている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のボールジョイント。
- 閉鎖部材(10)にシールベローズ(11)が固定されていて、該シールベローズ(11)が閉鎖部材(10)からジャーナル(2)まで延びており、閉鎖部材(10)の貫通開口(20)がシールベローズ(11)によってシールされている、請求項7記載のボールジョイント。
- 導電的な接続部(17)がフレキシブルなプリント基板(17)である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のボールジョイント。
- ジョイントボール(1)に磁石(27)が配置されていて、構成素子(14)が磁界センサを有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のボールジョイント。
- ボールジョイントが車両構成部分(22)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のボールジョイントを備えた自動車構成部分。
- ボールジョイントのケーシング(4)が、車両構成部分(22)の切欠(21)に装着されている、請求項11記載の車両構成部分。
- 電気的な接続部(17)の、ボールジョイントから導出された端部に、差込コネクタ(18)が接続されている、請求項11又は12記載の自動車構成部分。
- 差込コネクタ(18)がスナップ結合部(24)を介して自動車構成部分(22)に固定されている、請求項13記載の自動車構成部分。
