Description

b)非熱プラズマフィルタから出力される空気流中のオゾンを破壊し、
c)空気流が人体暴露に適するように、残留オゾンと優先的に反応するため芳香族炭化水素を空気流に導入するステップを備える。

Claims (22)
- 空気汚染物質除去方法であって、
a)空気流中の汚染物質を中和するフリーラジカルが生成されるように、非熱プラズマフィルタを通過して汚染除去される前記空気流を導き、
b)前記非熱プラズマフィルタから出力される前記空気流中のオゾンを破壊し、
c)前記空気流が人体暴露に適するように、残留オゾンと優先的に反応するため、炭化水素を前記空気流に導入する、
ステップを備える前記方法。 - ステップ(b)において、前記空気流は紫外線にさらされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)において、前記空気流は前記オゾンの破壊を加速する触媒にさらされる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒はチタン、鉛、及びマンガン酸化物の混合物である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素はオレフィンである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィンはテルペンである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記テルペンはミルセンである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素は前記空気流に蒸発させられる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法に用いられる空気汚染物質除去装置であって、非熱プラズマフィルタと、紫外線発生装置と、オゾン触媒装置と、炭化水素生成器と、空気流生成器とを備え、それにより空気流が生成され、前記非熱プラズマフィルタ、前記紫外線発生装置、前記オゾン触媒装置、前記炭化水素生成器、及び前記空気流生成器を通過、又は横断するように向けられる、前記装置。
- 前記非熱プラズマフィルタは前記紫外線発生装置の上流にあり、前記炭化水素生成器は前記紫外線発生装置の下流にある請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記非熱プラズマフィルタは前記オゾン触媒装置の上流にあり、前記炭化水素生成器は前記オゾン触媒装置の下流にある請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 前記紫外線発生装置及び前記オゾン触媒装置はお互い実質的に一致する請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記オゾン触媒装置は前記紫外線発生装置を取り囲む請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記紫外線発生装置は紫外線発光管である請求項9から13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記オゾン生成装置はオゾン触媒物質でコーティングされるメッシュである請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記オゾン触媒装置は、チタン、鉛、及びマンガン酸化物の混合物である請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記炭化水素生成器は、炭化水素の貯蔵器と、前記炭化水素を前記紫外線発生装置の出口に気体として供給する手段とを含む請求項9から16のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記空気流生成器はファン形状である請求項9から17のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記ファンは前記非熱プラズマフィルタの上流に位置する請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記ファンは前記装置の自己汚染物質除去を可能にするために反転可能である請求項18から19に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は携帯可能である請求項9から20のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 添付図面を参照して実質的に明細書に記載される空気汚染物質除去装置。
