Description
Claims (10)
- 構造部材のねじ切りされた穴に挿入される螺旋状に巻かれたワイヤ部材を有するワイヤ状ねじ筋インサートであって、ワイヤ部材が、接触腐食に影響する如何なる表面被覆も有しない、シリーズ6000 Al-Mg-Siの高強度硬化可能アルミニウム鍛造合金製であるワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 前記高強度硬化可能アルミニウム鍛造合金がAl-Si1MgCuMnであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 前記ワイヤ部材がその引張強度を増加させるために焼き戻しされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 前記ワイヤ部材がドライ滑りフィルムで被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 構造部材であって、前記構造部材(4)のねじ切りされた穴(6)に挿入される請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート(2)を含み、前記構造部材(4)がマグネシウム合金又はアルミニウム合金製であることを特徴とする構造部材。
- 構造部材のねじ切りされた穴に挿入される螺旋状に巻かれたワイヤ部材を有するワイヤ状ねじ筋インサートであって、ワイヤ部材が、接触腐食に影響する如何なる表面被覆も有しない、マグネシウム鍛造合金製であるワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 前記マグネシウム鍛造合金がMgAl3Zn又はMgAl6Znであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 前記ワイヤ部材が焼き戻しされていないことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 前記ワイヤ部材にドライ滑りフィルムが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6〜8の何れかに記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサート。
- 構造部材であって、前記構造部材(4)のねじ切りされた穴(6)に挿入される請求項6〜8の何れかに記載のワイヤ状ねじ筋インサートを含み、前記構造部材(4)がマグネシウム鋳造合金製であることを特徴とする構造部材。
