Description
本発明は、従属請求項の特徴によって発展される。発泡体裏打ち空気透過性製品は請求項6および7の特徴によって特徴付けられる。
図1は、本発明による方法を実施する装置の好ましい実施形態を示す。金型の上半分10aと下半分10bを備える金型10を見ることができる。2個の半型10a、10bは、金型分離面10cによって互いに分離される。金型面10cは真空封止を有することが好ましい。弾性変形された織物製品の場合、封止効果はそれ自体発泡体裏打ちされる織物製品によって達成することもできる。金型の上半分10a中に形成され、その中にニードル弁1を有する膨張オリフィス5も備えている。ニードル弁1は、四方弁11として図示される弁構成を経由して、低圧力および過剰圧力源(詳細には示されない)および大気へ接続される。この構成は、ニードル弁1を経由する膨張工程中に開放されたガスの抽出だけでなく、金型10の排気または換気、および過剰圧力の印加も可能にする。圧力センサー6の出力信号はニードル弁1の弁駆動7を制御する働きをし、後に説明するように、好ましくは、膨張工程中に金型10の内部圧力を本発明に従って制御する。ニードル弁1に侵入するポリウレタンによって圧力降下が起きると、弁のニードル3は下方向へ駆動されて弁1が閉じられ、既に侵入したポリウレタンは全て再び排出される。
Claims (12)
- 自動車両用床被覆としての発泡体裏打ちマット、座席詰め物、ヘッドレストなどの発泡体裏打ち空気透過性織物製品の製造方法であって、
金型中に織物製品を挿入するステップと、
前記金型を閉じ、反応物を導入して発泡体を形成するステップと、
反応物に反応を行わせ、挿入された製品を迂回する半金型中の少なくとも1個の膨張オリフィスを経由して、反応中に発生した圧力を同時に低下させるステップとを含み、
圧力の低下が、反応物または反応物の反応によって形成された発泡体のいずれも織物製品に侵入しないように制御される方法。 - 低圧源(12、13)に向かう前記膨張オリフィス(5)に付属する弁(27)の開度が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張オリフィスに付属する前記弁(27)の開度が、前記金型中の反応進行の関数として制御されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張オリフィスの圧力特性が検出され、その関数としての開度および製品の典型的な因子のフィードバック、特に織物製品の成分の毛管力が制御されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記金型に挿入された前記織物製品の裏面で発泡が開始されると、前記金型中の前記織物製品の使用可能面または可視面の領域に存在するあらゆる空気(25)が前記織物製品を通して引き抜かれ、工程中に、その中に既に形成された発泡体中のセルを開くように、圧力の低下がさらに制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フィルム等を介在させることなく、および発泡体が織物製品に侵入することなく、前記発泡体のセルが前記織物製品の裏面に緊密に接着する、自動車両用床被覆としての発泡体裏打ちマット、座席詰め物、ヘッドレストなどの発泡体裏打ち空気透過性織物製品。
- 前記織物製品の裏面に直接接する前記セルが、それに隣接する発泡体セルよりも大きく開放されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発泡体裏打ち空気透過性織物製品。
- 上部金型領域(10a)と、排気用の吸引オリフィスおよび前記金型の換気系と、前記上部金型領域の上部の所定位置に少なくとも1個の膨張オリフィスを備える金型(10)を含み、前記膨張オリフィスに制御弁(27)が配置され、該制御弁は製品因子(17)および検出された実際の値(18、21)の関数として起動することができ、反応物自体またはその反応によって形成された発泡体のいずれも前記金型(10)中に挿入された空気透過性織物製品に侵入しないように、反応物の反応中に金型(10)中に発生した圧力を低下させることができることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置。
- 前記制御弁(27)が低圧源(12、13)に制御可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 複数の膨張オリフィスが前記金型の目標位置に設けられ、その各々に制御弁(27)が配置され、各制御弁(27)には共通の媒体供給から低圧を供給することが可能であり、各制御弁(27)は個別に起動可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張オリフィス(5)が、ニードル弁(1)を含む毛管として構成され、前記発泡体が前記膨張オリフィス(5)に到達するとき前記膨張オリフィス(5)を閉じることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 圧力センサー(6)が前記膨張オリフィス(5)の圧力を検出し、その圧力特性が、圧力低下の制御および場合によってニードル弁(1)を閉鎖するための検出可能な実際の値(21)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
