Claims (18)
- 熱可塑性物質でコーティングされた包装材料のチューブ(12)の横シーリングのためのデバイス(10)であって、前記チューブが、包装材料のシートの互いに対向する2つの端縁部(26、28)間の重なり合った接合部(14)をシーリングすることによって形成され、前記デバイスが、第1及び第2の主シーリング表面(20、22)をそれぞれ有する対向する第1及び第2のジョー(16、18)を含んでおり、前記主シーリング表面間で前記熱可塑性物質を加熱して、前記チューブの主シーリング線(24)に沿って横シールを得るために、前記チューブが、前記主シーリング表面間に平らに置かれて圧搾されるように配置されており、その際、前記デバイスが、前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)を前記重なり合った接合部の前記内側端縁部(26)に接触させるために、シーリングの前に、前記主シーリング線に沿って前記重なり合った接合部の前記外側端縁部(28)に貫入するように配置されることを特徴とするデバイス(10)。
- 前記ジョー(16、18)が、前記主シーリング表面(20、22)が平行に配置されたときに前記主シーリング線(24)に沿って基本的に一様な圧力を達成するように相互作用するように配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記内側端縁部(26)を前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)に対して露出させるように変位可能な包装材料のフラップ(50)を形成するように、前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)を切断することによって、前記外側端縁部(28)に貫入するように配置された、請求項1から2までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(10)。
- シーリングの間、前記主シーリング線(24)に沿って前記内側端縁部(26)の覆いを取るために前記フラップ(50)を受け取る受取スペース(42)をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記受取スペース(42)が、前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)に沿ってノッチとして形成される、請求項4に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記受取スペース(42)が、前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)の貫入の前に前記重なり合った接合部(14)の反対側に位置決めされるように配置される、請求項4から5までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記第1のジョー(16)が、シーリング前の前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)の貫入のための貫入手段(32)を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記貫入手段(32)が、前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)のテーパした部分として形成される、請求項7に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記貫入手段(32)が、前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)の貫入の前に前記重なり合った接合部(14)の反対側に位置決めされるように配置される、請求項7から8までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記第1のジョー(16)が、前記主シーリング表面(20)の片側に陥凹部(34)をさらに含んでおり、前記陥凹部が、貫入及びシーリングの間、前記主シーリング線(24)の対応する側の前記重なり合った接合部(14)の一部を受け取るように配置される、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 前記第1のジョー(16)がアンビルであり、前記第2のジョー(18)が超音波ホーンである、超音波シーリングで使用するための請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(10)。
- 熱可塑性物質でコーティングされた包装材料のチューブ(12)の横シーリングのための方法であって、前記チューブが、包装材料のシートの互いに対向する2つの端縁部(26、28)間の重なり合った接合部(14)をシーリングすることによって形成され、前記方法が、対向する第1及び第2のジョー(16、18)それぞれの第1及び第2の主シーリング表面(20、22)間に平らに置かれた状態で前記チューブを圧搾して、前記主シーリング表面間で前記熱可塑性物質を加熱し、前記チューブの主シーリング線(24)に沿って横シールを得る段階を含んでおり、その際、前記第1のジョー(16)の前記主シーリング表面(20)を前記重なり合った接合部の前記内側端縁部(26)に接触させるために、シーリングの前に、前記主シーリング線に沿って前記重なり合った接合部の前記外側端縁部(28)に貫入する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記主シーリング表面(20、22)が平行に配置されたときに前記主シーリング線(24)に沿って基本的に一様な圧力を達成するように前記ジョー(16、18)を相互作用させる段階をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記内側端縁部(26)を前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)に対して露出させるように変位可能な包装材料のフラップ(50)を形成するように、前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)を切断することによって、前記外側端縁部(28)に貫入する段階をさらに含む、請求項13から14までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- シーリングの間、前記主シーリング線(24)に沿って前記内側端縁部(26)の覆いを取るために、前記フラップ(50)を受取スペース(42)内で受け取る段階をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)の貫入の前に、前記重なり合った接合部(14)の反対側に前記受取スペース(42)を位置決めする段階をさらに含んでおり、前記受取スペースが、前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)に沿ってノッチとして形成される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- シーリングの前の前記重なり合った接合部(14)の前記外側端縁部(28)の貫入のために配置された、前記重なり合った接合部の前記外側端縁部の貫入の前に前記重なり合った接合部の反対側で前記第1の主シーリング表面(20)のテーパした部分として前記第1のジョー(16)内に含まれる、貫入手段(32)を位置決めする段階をさらに含む、請求項12から16までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のジョー(16)がアンビルであり、前記第2のジョー(18)が超音波ホーンである、超音波シーリングで使用するための請求項12から17までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
