Claims (8)
- 単数個又は複数個の電磁解放式ばね圧ブレーキの機械壁部への取り付けにおいて、ブレーキが端面側の周囲に配分され、左側及び右側の両側に連続する摩擦ライニングを備えた軸方向移動可能なブレーキロータに作用し、機械壁部等では摩擦ライニングの一方の左側の面により、反対側ではブレーキの可動円板の第2の右側の摩擦ライニングにより制動されることを特徴とする取り付け。
- コイル支え(1)が長方形に形成され、可動円板(4)がそれに対応して同じく長方形に形成され、磁気コイル(2)が楕円形に、かつ取り付けスペースを最適化して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ。
- コイル支え(1)及び可動円板(4)が長方形に形成されているが、ブレーキごとに2個の環状構造の磁気コイル(2)がスペースを最適化して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ。
- ブレーキがスペーサ(10)により機械壁部(12)等にねじ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3に記載のブレーキ。
- ロータ(5)が歯付きボス(7)により軸方向に移動しうるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4に記載のブレーキ。
- 制動又は解放のブレーキ状態を表示するために、各ブレーキが解放監視装置(11)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5に記載のブレーキ。
- 複数個の円形又は長方形電磁解放式ばね圧ブレーキにおいて、ブレーキが端面側にロータの中心軸に対して偏心に取り付けられ、その可動円板(4)が2つの摩擦ライニング(6)を有するロータ(5)を機械壁部(12)に軸方向に押し付けることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- ブレーキが非常用手動解放装置を装備し、磁気コイル(2)が停電したとき、非常用手動解放装置が2個の補助ねじによりばね圧力(3)に逆らって可動円板(4)を引き寄せ、ギャップ(13)を越えてブレーキを解放ないし切断することができることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7に記載のブレーキ。
