Description
本発明は
・ ヨーロッパ薬局方第3版
・ 米国薬局方第23版
・ “直接”食品用に対しては米国食品医薬品局規格CFR §172.927
・ “間接”食品接触に対しては米国食品医薬品局規格CFR §178.3620(a)
次に、こうして得られたフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルは、更に工程(e)においてポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体とブレンドされる。
(a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料を水素化分解/水素化異性化する工程であって、該フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の炭素原子数60以上の化合物と炭素原子数30以上の化合物との重量比が少なくとも0.2であり、かつフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の化合物の30重量%以上が30個以上の炭素原子を有する該工程、
(b)工程(a)の生成物を1種以上の低沸点蒸留物フラクションと、高沸点ホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションとに分離する工程、
(c)工程(b)で得られたホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションに対し流動点降下工程を行なう工程、及び
(d)工程(c)の生成物を蒸留によりホワイトオイルを単離する工程、
による。
(a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の炭素原子数が60以上の化合物と炭素原子数が30以上の化合物との重量比が少なくとも0.2で、かつフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の化合物の30重量%以上は30個以上の炭素原子を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料を水素化分解/水素化異性化する工程、
(b)工程(a)の生成物を1種以上の低沸点蒸留物フラクションと高沸点のホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションとに分離する工程、
(c)工程(b)で得られたホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションに対し流動点降下工程を行なう工程、
(d)工程(c)の生成物を蒸留によりホワイトオイルを単離する工程、及び
(e)工程(d)で得られたホワイトオイルをポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体とブレンドする工程、
によるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルの製造を含む方法によって得ることができる。
本発明を以下の非限定的実施例により更に説明する。
Claims (15)
- 100℃での動粘度が、ISO 3014で測定して2mm2/sを超え7mm2/s未満であるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを含むポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルの100℃での動粘度が6.5mm2/s未満である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルの100℃での動粘度が2.5mm2/sを超える請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルが、炭素数25未満の鉱物炭化水素を5%(w/w)以下の含有量で含有すると共に、ASTM D2887による5重量%回収沸点が391℃を超える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルが、炭素数25未満の鉱物炭化水素を3%(w/w)以下の含有量で含有する請求項4に記載の組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルの5重量%回収沸点が400℃を超える請求項4又は5に記載の組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを0.1〜10重量%含有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルの40℃での動粘度が、ISO 3014で測定して55mm2/s未満である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物。
- 組成物は、引火点がISO 2592で測定して270℃未満であるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを含む請求項1〜8のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物。
- 組成物は、引火点がISO 2592で測定して220℃を超えるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを含む請求項1〜9のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物。
- (a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の炭素原子数が60以上の化合物と炭素原子数が30以上の化合物との重量比が少なくとも0.2で、かつフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の化合物の30重量%以上は30個以上の炭素原子を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料を水素化分解/水素化異性化する工程、
(b)工程(a)の生成物を1種以上の低沸点蒸留物フラクションと高沸点のホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションとに分離する工程、
(c)工程(b)で得られたホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションに対し流動点降下工程を行なう工程、
(d)工程(c)の生成物を蒸留によりホワイトオイルを単離する工程、及び
(e)工程(d)で得られたホワイトオイルをポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体とブレンドする工程、
によりフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを製造することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物の製造方法。 - (a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の炭素原子数が60以上の化合物と炭素原子数が30以上の化合物との重量比が少なくとも0.2で、かつフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料中の化合物の30重量%以上は30個以上の炭素原子を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導原料を水素化分解/水素化異性化する工程、
(b)工程(a)の生成物を1種以上の低沸点蒸留物フラクションと高沸点のホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションとに分離する工程、
(c)工程(b)で得られたホワイトオイル前駆体フラクションに対し流動点降下工程を行なう工程、
(d)工程(c)の生成物を蒸留によりホワイトオイルを単離する工程、及び
(e)工程(d)で得られたホワイトオイル中で、ポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体を作るのに使用される1種以上の重合性化合物を重合する工程、
によりフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを製造することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項以上に記載の組成物中のフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルをポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体組成物の可塑剤として使用する方法。
- 100℃での動粘度がISO 3014で測定して2mm2/sを超え7mm2/s未満であるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを、ポリスチレン組成物又はスチレン共重合体の可塑剤として、食品と接する用途に使用する方法。
- 100℃での動粘度がISO 3014で測定して2mm2/sを超え7mm2/s未満であるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ホワイトオイルを、ポリスチレン又はスチレン共重合体の製造に使用されるビニル芳香族モノマー又は1種以上の重合性化合物の塊状(共)重合用希釈剤又は非反応性溶剤として使用する方法。
