Abstract
【解決手段】 メルトフローレートが10g/10分以上50g/10分未満、メルトテンションが2cN以上、かつ歪硬化性を示す改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂、特定の熱可塑性ゴム、ポリオレフィンワックス、発泡剤を射出成形機へ供給し、次いで金型内に射出して発泡成形して得られることを特徴とする射出発泡成形体。

Description
(1)前記改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、線状ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ラジカル重合開始剤、共役ジエン化合物を溶融混合して得られたものである、
(2)前記(a)エチレン−α−オレフィン系共重合体ゴムのα−オレフィン成分が、1−ヘキセンまたは1−オクテンである、
(3)前記(b)アルケニル芳香族化合物単位含有ゴムが、スチレン−エチレン−ブテン−スチレンゴム(SEBS)である、
(4)前記ポリオレフィンワックスが、メタロセン系触媒を用いて製造されたポリエチレンワックスである、
(5)平均気泡径が500μm以下の発泡層と、該発泡層の少なくとも片側の表面に形成される厚み10μm以上1000μm以下の非発泡層とを有する、発泡倍率が2倍以上10倍以下である、

MP−1:線状ポリプロピレン系樹脂としてメルトフローレート50g/10分のポリプロピレン・ホモポリマー100重量部と、ラジカル重合開始剤としてt−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピルカーボネート0.7重量部の混合物を、ホッパーから50kg/時で45mmφ二軸押出機(L/D=40)に供給してシリンダ温度200℃で溶融混練し、途中に設けた圧入部よりイソプレンモノマーを定量ポンプを用いて0.5kg/時の速度で供給し、ストランドを水冷、細断することにより得た改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂(メルトフローレート30g/10分、メルトテンション4cN、歪硬化性を示す)
TP−1:エチレン−1−オクテン共重合体ゴム(ダウケミカル日本製エンゲージ8200(密度0.87g/cm3、MFR(190℃)5g/10分))
TP−2:スチレン−エチレン−ブテン−スチレン系ゴム(SEBS)(旭化成ケミカルズ製タフテックH1062(密度0.89g/cm3、MFR(230℃)4.5g/10分、スチレン顔料18重量%))
EW−1:分子量2900、密度912kg/m3、軟化点104.5℃、融点102℃である、メタロセン系触媒から製造したポリエチレンワックス(三井化学製エクセレックス30200BT)
化学発泡剤マスターバッチ(永和化成製ポリスレンEE275、分解ガス量40ml/g)
改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂、オレフィン系熱可塑性ゴムおよびポリオレフィンワックスを表1に示す組成比で、かつ、発泡剤を7.5重量部加えてドライブレンドし、射出発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物を得た。
実施例において、改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂、発泡剤を使用せず射出充填し、60秒間冷却した後に非発泡成形体を取り出した。このとき、初期の金型底面部のクリアランスを変えることにより、底面部の肉厚の異なる成形体が得られた。
ポリオレフィンワックスを使用しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして実施した。結果を表2に示す。実施例と比較して、耐衝撃性は優れるが、流動性および表面外観が劣る。
オレフィン系熱可塑性ゴムを使用しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして実施した。結果を表2に示す。実施例と比較して、流動性は優れるが、耐衝撃性が劣る。
Claims (6)
- (1)メルトフローレートが10g/10分以上50g/10分未満、メルトテンションが2cN以上、かつ歪硬化性を示す改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂、(2)(a)エチレン−α−オレフィン系共重合体ゴムおよび(b)アルケニル芳香族化合物単位含有ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の熱可塑性ゴム、(3)ポリオレフィンワックス、および(4)発泡剤、を射出成形機へ供給し、次いで金型内に射出して発泡成形して得られる射出発泡成形体。
- 前記改質ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、線状ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ラジカル重合開始剤、共役ジエン化合物を溶融混合して得られたものである請求項1記載の射出発泡成形体。
- 前記(a)エチレン−α−オレフィン系共重合体ゴムのα−オレフィン成分が、1−ヘキセンまたは1−オクテンである請求項1記載の射出発泡成形体。
- 前記(b)アルケニル芳香族化合物単位含有ゴムが、スチレン−エチレン−ブテン−スチレンゴム(SEBS)である請求項1記載の射出発泡成形体。
- 前記ポリオレフィンワックスが、メタロセン系触媒を用いて製造されたポリエチレンワックスである請求項1記載の射出発泡成形体。
- 平均気泡径が500μm以下の発泡層と、該発泡層の少なくとも片側の表面に形成される厚み10μm以上1000μm以下の非発泡層とを有する、発泡倍率が2倍以上10倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5何れか一項に記載の射出発泡成形体。
